“Pink Hair”, have 2 diff lengths of hair in the back now, and, I have 5 colors in my hair due to this nonsense too!! No refund, no empathy by Sue and or the salon too.. wow all of a sudden there are raving reviews after I stated I was going to post this awful service I received. Sue no one wants to touch my hair now, thanks a lot.
