My name is Yulanda. I'm the Staffing coordinator at Across Health Homecare. I have been working here for about 6 months. The management team is supportive, caring and honest. The owners are Christians and I've witnessed up close how much they care for their staff and clients. Both the clinical and administrative team exhibit true Christian values in their daily interactions with the families and staff. If you are looking for a company that values you as an employee; Across Health homecare is the company for you.

I have worked for Across for 3 years, I started as a PDN(private duty nurse) in a home and when I say God put this Christ-based company in my path, I mean it. The owners are always available and the DON (Director of Nursing) is very responsive and professional. They care about you, as the nurse and they check on me frequently to see if there's anything I need. They also are very compassionate to the families and love the kiddos! In my career, I've worked for many different agencies and in different settings. But I will never work anywhere else!

Across Care has such a heart for Families. I wouldn’t trust my loved ones with anyone else. From their leadership, down to each provider, you see how much they truly care as they walk with you each step of the way.

The Across Health team works extremely hard to ensure the right nurses and staff are caring for your child. They are very dependable.

These reviews are either lies or for basic cases!!! I thought this company was better than the others but they discharged my son after trying only 3 nurses without warning!!!! They sent a nurse that was hard of hearing and couldn’t even hear my sons pulsox going off when he wasn’t able to breath and 2 nurses that had zero to minimal trach and vent experience!! And when I complained and tried to protect my child they discharged him without even telling me!! If your child has more complex needs DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!!

BEWARE NURSES!!. DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. THE COMPANY BROKE AGREEMENT AND DIDNT PAY THE WAGES. EVERYTHING IS IN WRITING AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID.
