Fantastic people from start to finish. I had a Generac generator I stalled. First called the office and spoke to Lana (WOW, truly knowledgeable lady that enjoys her job and helping customers), then the walk thru with Jeremy (came to house to discuss instal options) He is terrific at explaining where, when, etc of the best efficiency for the generator. Next step crew comes out to install. I would recommend Daystar to everyone. There is a waiting list for generator installation, but worth it. Best price and hands down the best group of people. Certainly will be my go to for any future electrical needs.

This is the best place in the Tyler/Flint/Whitehouse area for all your electric needs. They updated my electric service, added an outside outlet, and provided a receptacle for my generator. They also added a few minor updates to meet code. There was one minor issue (my fault) and they came back and fixed it same day. Very professional at a reasonable price. I would call them again.

I called because our office lights were out. They had Clayton show up within the hour. He got our electricity restored extremely quickly and was kind and courteous. He also changed out some lightbulbs since he was on site, and Daystar is not charging any labor for it! I highly recommend them.

We have used Daystar Electric both in our residences and at a business that we owned for many years. Always responsive and their work has always been excellent. Highly recommend Daystar!

7/15/21 Daystar repaired an outside light fixture, repaired our ground wire, installed new electrical plug, checked our whole house surge protector and checked to make sure our internet cable was performing correctly. Always professional and friendly personnel. They know what they are doing! We have used Terry and his group for years and I always recommend them. Lana is extremely helpful and is also a pleasure to work with.

Daystar Electric personnel were very prompt and professional when arriving to install our generator. The owner, Terry came out personally to go over with us the process involved with the generator installation. After the installation was finished they were most helpful in going over the workings and expectations of the generator with us. Overall we were very pleased with the process and the contact with all personnel involved at Daystar Electric.

I cannot say enough good things about Daystar Electric. They did a fantastic job on the wiring of our kitchen remodel, 220 volt outlet additions in the garage, and upgrading our service panel. Their price was well below the competition, and their service and quality were second to none. Because they were working around our contractor in the kitchen, it took several visits across a few weeks to get all of the work done as the remodeling project progressed. Every employee that came to our house was courteous, attentive to detail, and kept us in the loop as to what was going on. I would trust any and all of them to work in our house without us being home. I am beyond pleased with the results Daystar Electric delivered and would not hesitate to use them again.

Chris Wand and his apprentices were completely amazing. Excellent work, incredibly quick, and they were very showed much patience for my stupid questions.

I called Daystar Electric on July 18, 2018 regarding an electrical plug not working properly. I spoke with Lana, explained the situation and she assured me she would send someone out as soon as possible. An hour later, two kind gentlemen came to my home. In less than an hour, they fixed the problem! Same day service and at a reasonable price. Happy customer here!

They managed to work around the weather still finishing the job promptly! Terry and his crew are the kind of contractors I would use over and over. Fairly priced and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend these guys!!

Professional electricians. Wired a new covered patio with 20 amp circuits and a three speed fan. Conduit work was the type of artistry only experienced tradesmen can complete. Excellent work all-around and very pleasant to work with. Best contractor's I've worked with in many years.

Met with Jeremy who is very knowledgeable about his profession and appreciates what his customer needs are. I explained that I had an emergency A/C heat pump, but that it is not sufficient enough in my experience to rely on for heat in winter in a prolonged outage. We really wanted to have furnace heat. Without hesitation he replied, it would be possible. He would just need to verify with the A/C company that installed the Trane units. He spoke with the owner and all systems were go.
Met with another company who never even offered this possibility until I pressed him about it being possible.
Jeremy showed with 2 very experience crew members who did a Great job. No cut corners. They even warmed the plastic conduit tubing to mold to the angle necessary to fit the space on the outside wall. They also detected an improperly installed home surge protector.
VOILA!! Mission accomplished. 20 KW BRIGGS & STRATTON propane generator installed and humming, without a hitch or a hiccup. Heat strips from the 2 A/C units came on as required.
As you can see, Terry the owner has a very knowledgeable, professional and detailed oriented crew from start to finish.
