Tyler Street Self-Storage Facility

I think it's been over 6 years I had an emergency they understood they explained everything to me on the phone my fees late charges everything if only you call that was a whole deal to make all the arrangements so it was my first time I had a very good experience matter of fact if I'm getting ready to move again if I need him this year I'm certainly going to call or get online I'm a great great grandma's my first time in and they got very good pest control I had Now read to get in my my things and at all and my my things were in there over by 11 months no problem I love the the pest control is great when I say pest control I mean like roaches rats I don't have none of that they keep keep it got it under control when I say control its really control I never had no rat to get in my in my merchandise in 11 months that I was on a property and I might have to go back this year I'm not sure yet but anyhow my name is Mary Bryant better known as gran gran and and again it was my first time and she made it so pleasant and so easy thank you over there Tyler storage I can't remember her name but I have to pay her a visit.

I can't think of her name but it was very pleasant with no problems.

I have used this storage facility for a while now and I have to say, the property manager, Mr. Lacy, is one the best manager's I have seen there. He is so helpful and a stand up guy. He is better than the last lady that was there (I forgot her name, sorry). He is very professional and knows his stuff. Keep up the good work guys!

My husband and I are in need of a local storage unit as we wait for our home to be built. This property is not too far from where we will be staying and so we thought, in spite of the sketchy neighborhood, we'd give this place a chance considering how great the reviews and rates were quoted with the online Rep Samantha. Needless to say, upon arrival, my husband, daughter and I were welcomed by Ms. Coleman. Her professionalism was impressive and she was very honest with us regarding our storage needs. Unfortunately, after deliberation, this location with the neighborhood being so open to theft, we decided to pass this up. However, Ms. Coleman was sooooo wonderful and she was very kind. Her energy was positive and she needs to be in the corporate office. She was very knowledgeable and I wish her the best with working in that neighborhood. She is obviously the reason this place is still open.

It was great everything went exactly how I needed and if your late on your payment they will work with u definitely a 5 star!

This place is simply amazing! I'll never use another storage facility as long as I'm alive. They have the best customer service and are always willing to help you in anyway they can. They also have the lowest prices around. Thank all of you for your excellent service. You're the BEST!

Eurydice made my experience exceptional! She made renting a unit painless, seamless, and enjoyable. I was in an urgent situation when I called, and Eurydice took care of everything so that all I had to concentrate on was taking care of my move. She was pleasant and professional, prompt and efficient, and most of all she obviously cared about helping me. I recommend this storage location for several reasons: it is clean and well cared for, it has on-site employees that make sure everything is safe, and the staff are very helpful and care about the renters.

Ms. Coleman was exceptionally helpfulI, helping me decide on the size needed she was very attentive and showed much concern. She has a outstanding people friendly attitude. I truly submit a high rating due to her personality most of all.

I want to let you know that I really enjoyed my experience with this location. I had a lot of questions and the manager, Eurydice, was so nice, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I have referred several people there and I make sure to tell them to ask for Ms. Eurydice. She is definitely an asset to your company.

I don't know who this Jacqueline Torres is but, storages get broken into all the time. It's not the manager's or the place's fault for you storing your valuable stuff in a place that is away from your home. Tyler Street has been good to me and the management is better than all the other places I have stored. Shame on you for talking smack about the management when the thief is the one at fault. GO TYLER STREET!!! YOU ROCK!

I had a great experience!!!!! I love Ms.Coleman,she is the best!!!!! She kept me up to date with everything.She works with you and is a understanding young lady! She made my experience worth it.l would recommend this storage to everyone!!

I must say that Miss Eurydice Coleman has excellent customer service skills..she was always polite, considerate and helpful! The property was kept clean and neat at all times.

Ive been renting from them now for about 2 months now. Ms. Coleman is an angel she goes above and beyond for her customers. When you hired Ms. Coleman you did good. I dont know what others are talking about ya being crooks and stealing. I just know it hasn't happened to me.

Miss Coleman who lives on campus to protect our things is super nice .I lost my job do to covid 19 so i was late ,she waved my late fees and reduced my monthly payment so I saved my storage. So nice so thoughtful kind I love this place
