richard was truly appreciated. It was sweltering outside in Austin and he exerted himself tirelessly. Not entirely thrilled with Fast Neighborhood Plumbing's office protocol, though. The requirement of having to break from my work desk to validate a booking I had already placed, and having to wait on hold to do so (no text option) was inconvenient. However, the overall plumbing service was efficient and professional. Richard's dedication in the extreme heat made a significant difference.

We had our units serviced and ducts cleaned by Caleb and Both of them were knowledgeable and didn’t mind educating me while they completed the job. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves and spoke very exceedingly of the company (which you don’t hear employees do often these days). All over I was very impressed with the work from the initial call to schedule until the project completed!

From the first call to the end of installation. The office staff was pleasant to speak with. My repairman kept me advised step of the way, and did an awsome job, even his clean up.

Albert was thoughtful and did thorough work, talked me through he was doing in a timely manner.

Ozzy was knowledgeable and did the installation seamlessly. He was thoughtful and worked really quick and efficient. Gave us discount too.

Will came rapidly and was thorough in his project and communication. He answered all of my questions and was pleasant and polite.
