CrossFit Quest

Loved it! Great place to get a full body workout. Sam, his Wife and the staff were awesome! They met everyone, fitness wise, where they were and worked us(1st timers)into a comfort zone. Great job guys!WE'RE SIGNING UP!!

It's the best!! The coaches and trainers believe in you 🥰 and with hard work, dedication,🥴 commitment, and integrity they will help you get where you need to be physically and mentally. I've impressed myself with my accomplishments and I'm super duper proud to say that I'm a member of "CROSSFIT QUEST" in Humble, Tx. I attend trainings 4-5 times a week🙄😩 and this is my fifth week. I'm already receiving compliments on my body and several people have asked me what I'm doing because I look great. 💪I simply smile and say "CROSSFIT QUEST" enough said!! So I challenge all of you (full-figured or slim-trim) come see what's up with us, I guarantee you will love it.... and you will love yourself more. 😊

CrossFit has been my fitness style of choice for the last (almost) 4 years. Since then, the CrossFit box I started at closed and I ended up at CrossFit Quest and I am glad I did! All the coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. They work with each individual athlete to make sure they understand the movements, have good form, and can complete the workout. They understand every person is on a different level so if it is your first time doing CrossFit, chances are they will scale the workout to your abilities making it safe and fun for your level. I cannot rave more about the community at this box. Everyone makes you feel welcome and is always encouraging. If you've always wanted to try CrossFit, come to Quest and check it out!

I was worried about trying to start something like this after getting so out of shape, not just the physical part but being embarrassed with a bunch of people that are in shape. These coaches and the patrons are absolutely awesome. I'm addicted lol. I'm signing up
and can't wait for the next evolution 💪

Great group of people all striving to make themselves better. Programing is first rate and the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive.

Great facility and Thurman great coach. Clean, good equipment and instructor keeps you motivated. I get a lot out of it.

Great Crossfit Box. They have strong programming and will help modify for any fitness level. You have to put the work in and show up but they have a great support system for any level.
