The staff are very friendly and efficient. The pain in my knee after knee replacement surgery has decreased since I started PT 2 weeks ago. I highly recommend Sports Rehab and PT. 👍

The staff at SRPT is AWESOME!! Right when you walk in they greet you with a smile and a happy hello at the front desk. When a tech brings you to the back of the clinic they always ask how you’re doing or how you’re feeling. It makes for a great start to a sometimes hard process of PT. The lively atmosphere while doing exercises makes doing them not so horrible. There’s music playing and laughter amongst the staff and the patients. I’m gonna miss the people there when I’m cleared to not need PT any longer. Thank you to ALL the staff at SRPT especially ones I’ve come to know as friends!!

I recommend Sports rehab & Physical therapy. They have patience & genuinely care about how you are doing at every visit.They look out for your best interest such as which treatment/exercise are best for each patient and SR&PT has a friendly atmosphere.

I have MS and other long time physical conditions that severely limit my abilities to stand and control my legs and mobility. I have had years of PT from several other out-patient clinics in many locations with success at that time.

I was referred here by a spine specialist for physical therapy. After looking at current reports and conversation, the physical therapist suggested I would be better served by home health physical therapy. He said their dry needle treatment, similar to acupuncture, would be ineffective for me because of the fusion of several vertebrae by metal bars and screws in my spine.

I appreciate the honesty and direct conversation. It's good to know such honest appraisal is provided instead of making up something to get me to return without any future benefit.

As we left their office we observed several other clients using a variety of equipment to strengthen their bodies and support their physical conditions. Several staff members were closely supervising the clients at the equipment.

I would recommend this service provider without reservations!

I highly recommend SRPT! Brett and his team truly care about your health and well-being. They aren’t there to drag out the process to make extra money. They are there to help you get back to your best. They’re compassionate and go the extra mile to be sure you are taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with SRPT. They have become friends I know I can trust to help me get my life back.

Highly recommended, they’re very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Sydney made sure my care plan was what I needed to feel better. They always made me feel right at home when I would walk in.

Sydney is the best! I enjoy every appointment. She cares about each and every patient that she works on. She has the knowledge and sincerity that one needs to do her job and help get them back to normal after surgery or whatever the case may be. I'm very pleased with my progress!

I will review the actual services first!!! Top notch amazing!!! Would not want any other PT to take care of our family. Now on to the bad. The girls that work in the front are so rude! I have sat and watched them be so rude to multiple people checking in or trying to check in. Not only did I have an issue at our first visit but I personally have witnessed others as well! The lady in the front even called this man basically a liar that he WAS GIVEN paper work and gave him 30 minutes to fill it out or reschedule. They honestly act like you are a bother to them when they have to help you or do any type of work that does not consist of sitting on their phones. Then today as I was sitting on the lobby they put up signs requiring Masks again, I asked the young girl who made that decision and really snotty she said “it has to do with the numbers in the county “ walked away then went and laughed to another girl like I could not see her. Honestly it’s to bad because the therapists and the aids are amazing but the front definitely needs new attitudes. This is coming from some one who has actually worked front office in medical field for over 27 years. These girls need to realize you are the face of the company the first interaction the first stop for all patients and families. Please do better.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Kari has been amazing at finding the right solutions specific to helping me recover from my injury. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing PT!

I’ve been in physical therapy , for various reasons since 2012. As you can imagine, I’ve seen many therapist come and go , over the years.
Brett is awesome. It’s evident that he truly loves what he does. His goal is to help make a patient get pain relief , educate him/her as to what’s going on in his/her body, and address the body as a “whole unit.”
In my case, I’ve learned so much from him in the 3 weeks he’s been working with me. He’s helped me to get rid of those “ What if…” by building my confidence back up in what I’m doing during my daily life. He explains what’s ok to feel, and what isn’t . So much of that fear of reinjury is gone because I know what to expect.
He and his staff are like a family. They greet you, ask how you’re doing, and work with you in a happy relaxing, relaxing atmosphere.
I’m so happy to see Brett open his own clinic. He’s been a gem hidden in Wise Co.

Kari Horton is an excellent OT! I went from not being able to use my hand at all to now trying to regain strength in doing some things for myself. I would definitely recommend her for anyone needing OT.

I have been going to SRPT for a few months now treating my carpal tunnel nerve pain issues. I honestly couldn't have been paired with a better team, Cody and Hannah take amazing care of me and we're making lots of progress and everybody there is so friendly and helpful. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful too! I think SRPT is awesome!! Thank you!!
