I moved here for work at the beginning of February. The rent of my cabin is priced fairly, it's furnished, and I only pay for electricity (water and wifi are included). The park is always clean, well kempt, quiet, close to City Park and everything in town. The owners drop your mail and packages off for you. The wifi can be spotty but most tenants are sharing it, and this is expected. The laundry room is clean, and the machines work well. I'm glad I found this place and will probably stay here longer than I expected.

Only visited and dropped off Lyft customers; but really enjoyed the paved roads and high quality standards built into this park. Hope to see a pool or spa in the area, along with the low rental prices! Or maybe a minimart, grocery, or restaurant like up the road further (?).

It was after 5:00 pm when we pulled in to see if any RV sites were available for the night, and I called the cell # outside of the office, and a young man answered immediately, and said he would be there in a moment. He came to the office door within a minute to accommodate us. He was so very friendly to us, and I knew then we had come to the right place. Our site was nice and level, and the property was very well groomed. It was very quiet all evening and throughout the night. We were mapping another RV park on our phone when we stumbled upon Lost Creek, and we were so very glad we did. We will keep this RV Park in mind when we are back in the area again.

I have enjoyed living here. Management has been awesome doing a great job keeping the park maintained. If at any point I had issues, they were addressed. I know I can come and go and never worry. I'd reccomend any time.

My roommate and I (both female) lived at Lost Creek RV while going to school at Tarleton State University. It is always scary to think about living in a RV park, but Lost Creek RV park proved my fears wrong. The park is very clean, nice, and quiet. There is a laundry/shower/restroom facility and it is always nice and clean. Laundry is $3.50 for a load of washer and dryer. They keep the park in great shape, they keep up with mowing grass and they don’t let people keep their trash around the park (which I appreciate). We lived there for about two semesters and never had a problem. It is very close to campus. If you are looking for a cheap place to live, without risking your safety, I would highly recommend Lost Creek RV park. Neighbors come and go, but they are very kind and friendly for the most part.

The park manager, Jason, was very kind and always made sure his residents were happy. If we had problems he always encouraged us to contact him for help. When we first moved in we didn’t have working WIFI at our end of the park, I expressed my concerns to Jason and within a short period of time we got working WIFI. As a student, basically all my school work is online, so I was very thankful that he took my concern and fixed the problem. He really does care about what the residents have to say.

There is hardly any AT&T phone service there, but that’s pretty much throughout Stephenville. If you have Verizon, you will have service. I would have to drive into town to make phone calls, I would use the WIFI for texting/messaging. But that's an AT&T problem, defiantly not the RV Park's problem.

Living in an RV has many ups and downs, things always seem to stop working or break. Not to mention we had two dogs living with us. But living at a safe place helps with the troubles of living in an RV. I felt safe to go outside and fix things without anyone bothering me. I would 100% recommend Lost Creek RV park to anyone considering living in an RV in Stephenville, TX.

I've lived here for the past year, and I have never experienced any problem that the park management hasn't fixed or handled in a decent amount of time.
