Did a little Black Friday shopping and got hooked with one of their bras. They are so comfy that I can sleep in them. I thank one of the associates, Afsha, for hooking me up with one of their deals!

The store is very organized and the employees are very helpful. Found what i needed in 2 minutes!! I would recommend coming to this location. They also have a selection of perfumes and pjs that are very cute and if on sale, could be affordable.

My sister and I, walked in pretty close to closing and were still greeted super nicely. Maya specifically really helped us out. We unfortunately had to leave before we managed to try anything due to the time, but we will definitely be back.

Great store. Awesome sales staff. Fast friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised when they did a special fitting on the Mrs. Always great deals. I never feel overwhelmed when I shop for the Mrs cuz the staff is just that good. Great work Team. Boom

Slow at register but great products

it was Black Friday, but I still didn't have to wait to get in the store. And everyone there was so nice and helpful. I spent way more money than I should have had because everything looked so sparkly and pretty. Can't go wrong with Victoria's Secret

I like the store, but they didn't have what I was looking for

I walked in the other day with shopping bags full of outfits that needed particular care with undergarments. I was first approached by a gal who asked if I needed help but was clearly not interested in helping me, as I pulled out my oddly shaped sweater with concern and she simply pointed to a corner of the store and said, “over there.” - I walked along a little bewildered and was quickly approached by Lauren, who jumped at the task of sizing me, digging for those sizes and special little pieces. I adore everything I brought home and was so glad she saved me, because I didn’t even know where to begin. Thank you Lauren.

I hope this is the right location (in the galleria) but the girl who attended me was soooo nice! I came in just to look and realized I didn’t know my size and was nervous to ask so she offered to take my measurements and not once was I uncomfortable. She was knowledgeable and very sweet. As I shopped she checked in on me and offered help. Her name is Nicole, I recommend anyone to her! I will definitely be coming back here. She’s also part of the reason I applied for my credit card, great customer service.

I came to VS to get the bombshell INTENSE only. The woman who works there named Lourdes came and helped me find exactly what I needed! She let me smell it and then showed me to some purfume sets that I couldn’t leave behind. Lourdes not only helped me get my initial perfume but also inspired me to grab TWO additional perfume sets with the little rollers and spray. She then walked me over to the robes I kept staring at and told me they were on sale for $35! I bought that as well. Lourdes is so nice and helpful wow. I then got walked to the line and met Rafaela. She had amazing customer service as well and was very funny. THANK YOU Victoria secrets for making me feel good this Friday 🖤💗 much love!!!

My niece drags me into this store all the time. She has more Pink merchandise that the law should allow. :) She loves it and the quality is very good and seems to last her a while. The employees are very friendly and the checkout process is fairly painless.

the sales rep Lourdes was amazing!! she basically showed me how to properly put on a bra which was nice of her since I’m 21+. I had such a positive experience there thanks to her!!

Janine! I might her name wrong but it starts with a J. And she wears braids. Young lady was so helpful and patient with me. I will definitely go back and shop again

Linda was incredibly helpful and so sweet assisting with my exchange today. We couldn’t find my size in the styles I’d originally found, so she helped me find comparable styles in my size online to ship to my home!! I even found some sale pajamas. Thank you Linda!!
