Called them since they were the closest tile cleaning business to my home. Woman on the phone said "we don't service my area" and then hung up on me before I could say thank you or get in another work. Seemed very unprofessional and frankly they were rude.

Called to schedule a grout cleaning but they said they didn't serve my area. Their website states they are in Saginaw and I am in Azle, it is about 20 minutes apart... I tried to ask a follow up question and she hung up while I was mid sentence.
