I have had hearing aids for over 20 years. This is my 3rd pair. I thought about buying online but decided with my level of hearing loss, I needed a pro. I liked that they offered a variety of hearing aids, not just one brand. Karen guided me through the choices, and recommended the best one for me. Absolutely no pressure. I got the Signia hearing aids and am really pleased. The directional hearing capability is nothing short of amazing. I am really impressed with the latest technology.

It was time for me to upgrade my hearing aids and I went to see Todd for what was available to me. After some discussion, he gave me a pair of hearing aids to trial for several weeks to see if they would meet my personal needs. After wearing them I decided they were the improvement I was looking for. During the trial period, I recorded the good and bad things I experienced with the hearing aids. I decided to purchase them and then he custom-tuned them to make all my negative concerns into positive attributes. Also, Todd told me to come back as needed for any additional tuning of the hearing aids. Overall the experience was enjoyable, without pressure and rewarding.

My AccuQuest hearing aid stopped working last Thursday. With that company no longer in business in this area I reached out to Todd to see if I could get an appointment with David Lotz in the Wausau office. Todd set up the appointment for the following Monday. David was able to get it working! Excellent service. I look forward to working with this local company in the future.

I have been to a lot of places dealing with my hearing aids over the past 7 years. Without question the Hearing House is number one. There knowledge and professionalism is without question outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

I went to the Hearing House today to get my hearing checked. I was greeted at the door by Todd Beyer. He was very welcoming, offered Mom and I a cup of coffee and checked us in. We only had to wait about 10 minutes until he came back and got us from the waiting area. Todd was very friendly, calling both Mom and myself by our first names and showed us in to his office. He explained everything extremely well and was willing to answer questions at any time. The hearing test was very thorough and completely painless. He explained my options to me and told us that if we had any questions to not hesitate to call him. The most shocking and wonderful part of the whole experience is that it was FREE! If you are having any issues with your hearing, take my advice and go see Todd Beyer at the Hearing House. You won't be disappointed!!
