Love love love Kwik Trips, they are the best and this one is awesome. Very clean and had a friendly staff.

A very friendly staff member named Courtney helped us fill up our tire pressure when we would have had no idea how to do it without her. We tried to tip but she told us to instead to write a good google review!

It's usually busy but the friendly staff here do a great job of keeping the food stocked and the lines moving. It's a clean store too!

We stopped at kwik trip store #851 on 12/28/2022 at 10:52am on our way out of town. This was my very first time at this particular location. I want to comment on how wonderful our cashier’s (Courtney?) customer service was. I feel so bad that I can’t remember her name because she was outstanding! I’m 90% sure her name tag said Courtney. Despite the store being very busy, she was incredibly patient and friendly. At one point my mom apologized for being unorganized and Courtney responded with a smile on her face saying, “this is my job and I’m very happy to help.” I truthfully think she provided the best customer service out of any experience I’ve ever had at a kwik trip and that says a ton since I stop at kwik trip on an almost daily basis. Thank you for being wonderful! Made my day 😊

I haven't had a bad experience in any Kwik Trip yet! For the most part everyone has a look of being "Present". This is just a term I used to use training my staff across multiple types of businesses: whether it was retail, insurance, healthcare or wherever. It's that look (I'm SURE you've experienced it somewhere!) where you know they "See" you and their face isn't blank because they are thinking about how they are going to beat their pals in gaming or hooking up or just plain hating their job and wishing they were somewhere else. I've never experienced that "look" in the Kwik Trips I've been to and believe me I've been to QUITE a few LoL 😆. Now I'm not saying there aren't those out there but I haven't experienced them. Plus they always offer to help me bring out my things ESPECIALLY now that I'm struggling to shop with a broken leg and crutches.

Another great thing I love is their hotspot foods especially the waffle breakfast sandwiches! Don't be afraid to ask for something if you don't see it or if it's out in the hot areas because they are Happy to make you up some more!!! I can't say enough about their Take Home meals either and though some people might think they are expensive if you shop right especially on Tuesdays; when you compare to frozen meals in stores, you can know these are fresher than those are. Not to mention I'm addicted to their Karuba Gold coffee but I also know their other drinks are awesome too!!!

Dear reader of my comments... I can fill pages and pages about what I love about Kwik Trips but I'll just leave you with this...Go there, bring home their fresh Broasted and Rotisserie chicken with sides, (I love them so much My poor husband is so sick of them that he rolls his eyes when I bring some home every week LoL). Bring home some of their bakery ESPECIALLY try their to die for rich, decadent brownies! Shop right with Fuel Rewards( I've gotten up to $0.65 off a gallon as my highest only buying things I use!!!) Plus not to mention the savings that are taken off my bill every time and you'll be as hooked on them as I am

Amazing customer service and selflessness from Courtney and the rest of the team helping me figure out a way to get gas when I couldn't find a way to pay. Very highly recommend. Thank you so much, Courtney!!

I cannot say enough about the Kwik Trip organization. They put all other gas/convenience stores to shame. I go out of my way sometimes to go to Kwik Trip. Great selection, prices, services, everything. I will continue to go regularly. I highly recommend.

They have best smoothies and coffee and Frappes my favorite mocha frappe. And other time buy milks, bread and eggs once week. That place easy from food store or other store then on way home stop Kwik Trip 😂

I love the large very very well designed convenient store chain Kwik Trip, the amazing and insatiable growth that this company has can only mean one thing, that thing is..... They have figured out the science, the methodology, the secret, the money maker.

Everyone here is nice and helpful, I have leg issues and can't bend or kneel down so when I noticed a tire was low I asked if they could assist me and the reply was of course no problem at all. The person who helped was so very nice he checked all tires and aired them up for me. Finally a great location for me, can't go in or out of town without stopping for the essentials. Entering into town COFFEE no matter my mood hot or iced or one of their yummy flavored ice teas if hungry they always have something I'm in the mood for and of course upon leaving yes another coffee along with milk,creamer, bananas, potatoes, onion, and bread. I love the variety and freshness of the food.

The Wausau Kwik Trip is staffed by competent, friendly employees. We love their fried chicken and potato wedges. Competitive with KFC as the spice combination on the Kwik Trip chicken is delicious, which is surprising given that it's gas station food! They also have decent sandwiches.

The blonde manager whispered as i left "He thinks he knows everything. He thinks he's a god" after I explained how discounts have to be done before I swipe. People are getting way nicer at insults! :)

I usually stop at this Kwik Trip because it is so close to my house and I think they have a great selection of hot food. The other day there was an issue with a gift card that I used to pay for my gas and the manager was super polite and helpful to get it taken care of.

The staff at this Kwik Trip consistently go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help their guests. Brett, an assistant manager was super helpful in assisting with an issue I had. Favorite Kwik Trip

Love this place. Convenient location. A selection of everything you could possibly need while on the road or when making a quick run, from almond milk to ice cream and coffee to dinner and everything in between!

I love Kwik Trip. It's by far my favorite Convenience Gas Station. Kwik Trip gas everything from apples to cigarettes. Whatever you're looking for.
