Great gas station in downtown Wausau!

It's not bad. Pretty affordable stuff.
Cept Frozen food I think.

Very clean and orderly convenience store. They are a bit higher priced than similar stores in the area. Gas prices are competitive.

Decent.. although some workers need to get a personality...or don't work with customers AT ALL!!!!

The new petty thieves they hired are always trying to pull a fast one and I have the receipts to prove it. I only go here in the mornings now.

Edit: I now never go here. They can’t have my money.

Customer service is spotty and not what I would expect from employees that have supposedly been there for years. They leave one person alone at night without a second thought. The managers yell at the other employees for not doing their job fast enough or good enough.

While waiting in line they take time to nit-pick everything the new girl was doing wrong and only gave her vague ideas on how to correct herself.

No concept of security for their employees or customers.

I do not recommend this store to anyone. Even if the prices seem better the customer service is not worth it in the end.

I've also seen people being banned for no apparent reason as well. Even when they are regulars who come in to get something real quick.

Closed early for no reason after I walked in the cold and rain from my hotel to get something. Double checked the hours on the door and everything. But nope, just closed early.
