Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacy was rude and told me my medication would be ready in 15 minutes. They were busy so I gave it 30 min and asked for an update. The lady that assisted me was rude and told me it would be 30/40 minutes. They all have seen me sit here waiting and didn’t try to help out whatsoever.

Drive thru was better today.yesterday45 min wait maybe longer I lost count

There is never less than a 45 minute wait in line for the pharmacy, whether you’re in your vehicle or in store. It’s a nightmare. There’s usually two people working, and one is generally standing there staring into space.

Open 24 hrs for what! Because you definitely are not filling prescriptions! They are the worst pharmacy in Huntsville.👎🏽

They are so unprofessional, they LOOK unprofessional and unhealthy, they let me waiting 2 days several hours and I ended transfering my presciption to another walgreens. If I was in charge of that walgreens I change the entire crew for people that really wants to help and are happy to serve others. This is awful. Do you a favor and never go there, just drive a couple more minutes and head to another walgreens

Left a review prior to this one. Apparently, someone is deleting reviews. This pharmacy is slow. Pharmacist tried to say, "we can't fill your prescription because it's not due". IT WAS DUE. The date on the bottle was 4/20. The day I tried to refill my medication was 5/20. Will never use this pharmacy again.

The pharmacist will try to make you feel like you have a drug problem. He needs to be investigated.

I had two separate vaccine appointments here, both times I arrived 20 minutes early but was not seen until 30+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time. It’s pretty ridiculous. They’ve also claimed to have not gotten several prescriptions of mine that the doctor’s office sent. If I could go to another place for my vaccines I would but CVS in Huntsville doesn’t stock the vaccines I needed. This location is pretty dogwater.

Oh my gosh, I was in the drive through line and it took just short of two hours to get to the window. There were 5 cars in front of me and it took forever to finally get my prescription. When I got to the window I was done in 4 minutes. If someone has problem they need to go inside not get in line so people don’t have to wait when their prescription is done. The drive up windows need to be better managed.

Walgreen's in Huntsville, Tx Has The Worst Pharmacy Ever. White Pharmacist Who First Initial Is J( he wouldn't give me his full name), Is Very Racist, And He Thinks Every Black Person Who Has A Legit Order For Pain Meds Is A Drug Head. He Refuses To Fill Black Customers Pain Meds and Give Them A Hard Time and Question Them As To Why They Need The Pain Meds But Will Fill White Customers Pain Meds Without A Problem.

I have been a customer of walgreens pharmacy for over 15 years. During the last couple of years their customer service is worse and worse. They did not fill my perscription for my seizure meds which made me run out during this current weather emergency. I have been calling for days, finally got someone today told perscription would be ready in 90 minutes which was two hours ago. Someone has been waiting in lune to get my meds for me to be constantly told it is not ready. I have gotten someone elses perscription before instead of mine, had problems with my insurance payments for my perscriptions there, and even my doctor has problems getting perscriptions done by them. I am through with Walgreens Pharmacy here in Huntsville, Texas.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the history of the world and should be avoided at all cost. Every single time I need prescription filled there's an issue. They say your prescription will be ready in 30 min, come back 3hrs later and first they say they can't find me in the system, I say I just dropped off a prescription I don't know how that makes sense, then they say oh well your insurance didn't go through it expired 2 years ago... I say that's not true I used it here to get a prescription 2 months ago. Then they say "Oh let me look at that" them they find it and supposedly they still can't get my totally current blue cross insurance to go through. They never call to let you know there's and issue, and on top of that they don't even fill it and tell you to come back in 30 minutes again then they get it figured out. Then all the sudden their whole system crashes and they can't process anyone's insurance so I'm stuck with no prescription unless I want to pay cash. Almost the SAME EXACT THING happened a few months ago when I got my last prescription from them. I will be doing business elsewhere from now on and will avoid this Walgreens pharmacy like the plague.

I can’t rate you lower or I would- you have over charged me on my prescriptions. I tried several times to explain my insurance information and I finally found out you were charging me for 15 insulin pens and giving me 5. Well after a very complete review with Express Scripts I can get a 90 day ( 15 pens) for 87.50 and you were charging me 70 for 5 , but charging my insurance for 15.

Sent request to refill on Monday and as of Thursday was not ready. App said that they were busy

I've been on hold for 30 minutes for the 3rd time today! Still haven't spoken with anyone!
