Main Event Humble

This is a great place to go for family fun. And also to enjoy a good meal and watch Glitch games. The server staff was very friendly and the food was well made.
They even accommodated my request for.
Specialty beyond meatBurger patties with no charge.

Despite the fact that they were short- staffed , the service was great . The servers were very polite and helpful, very professional. The food was delivered quickly and it was very fresh . There were a lot of us here , coworkers , with team building activities. I recommend this business for the good restaurant and great entertainment.

The only thing we participated in was bowling. It was very fun. It was $37 for 2 people to bowl for 1 hour. Not bad I guess. I would go back. The atmosphere was very nice.

I would like to give a special shout out to the manager Carolina. I have a special needs daughter and she made a point to make sure my daughter Haley had a great time. In fact Haley started crying with all the good things that they did for her. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone special needs or not. It's a great place to go and have fun. Thanks main event and the people in it.

My grandkids and I had the MOST fun I've EVER had! Place was AMAZING! Manager named Ben, amongst others went WAYYYYY out of their way to accommodate us and help us understand how everything worked..etc....BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

This location is great for family time together. All of the staff members were attentive and helpful. I had some questions, and Brian got them answered right away and made sure my family needs were met. Awesome customer service. Great job!

I never had a bad experience at this location. Today, We had an exceptional service from Bri. She made sure I had everything I need and assisted me with any questions I had. She was very mindful because she probably knew I needed it.

Ron and Maddy have been absolutely amazing! At this Main Event location they take care of their 100% DAV!!! They have been nothing but accommodating, helpful, and respectful.

First time at a Main event with the family. We did the bowling for 2 hrs and had a blast. Got some pizza and nachos. The pizza was better than expected and the nachos were awesome as well. We didn't stay for the arcade but next time we plan on it. Everyone we delt with was really nice and we had no issues.

Love this place! Wish they offered more on the All You Can Play Fun cards for the arcade. There was many times games would work then didn't work. My son had signed up for the Air Walk and they kept rescheduling the time. It was 2 hours from the first session he signed up for before they actually came out and let people go. Laser Tag is always closed. Bowling is fun!!!!

Experience overall was great! Food came out as we ordered it and great food sizes served. Food timing was good and there was not a lot of wait time which we enjoy. Recommend their bacon burgers!

Michelle was an amazing help. She never got angry, never got upset, and she was very patient and showed a lot of kindness. Thanks to her, it made our experience an amazing one.

Had a great time with my friends at Main Event. Maddy and Ron were welcoming and helpful. Had an amazing experience bowling and playing games.

Mario worked the kitchen /bar the night of 4/1/24 and I am very grateful for his attention. It was my sister’s birthday , she’s disabled at the moment and she had special requests in the kitchen for her birthday . It was a special day for my sister as she hardly ever gets out to socialize. My sister was really looking forward to a special dessert that you guys have and even though you guys were almost out of all the ice cream , Mario made it happen . My sister had the best birthday last night , thanks to Mario . Give this man a raise ! Thank you Mario !

It was my son's 14th birthday, we had 8 kids and 2 adults. We had a blast! And Lyric the employee that helped me and my husband along the way was AMAZING!! I WILL make sure when we go back for any event that we request Lyric. She was beyond helpful, made sure she did everything she could to make our time very special. She was super sweet, knew what she was doing, she was upbeat and attentive to anything we needed. She made our night wonderful. The place was a blast and all the kids even us 2 big kids had a wonderful time,

Ben at the Main Event in Humble was AMAZING! My family and I have been at this location hundreds of times and this was the first time an employee there went above and beyond to make sure our experience was awesome today! He was so nice and gave us extra time on our time card, when he didn't even have to. He said he just wanted to see my son have fun. He definitely needs a raise!
