The staff was very friendly and comforting. The Dr and nurse were very nice and informative. Made you feel comfortable and took their time to explain everything and not just rushing you in and out leaving you clueless.

Although they were a little behind, and I waited longer than expected, the office staff were really nice and apologetic for the wait. Keelie was attentive, thorough, and answered all my questions. I already scheduled my appointment for next year!

Appointment began exactly when scheduled. Concerns I had dispatched seemingly before thru finishing stated them. Dr Blaser and staff usual warm and patient friendly practioners.

Everyone was wonderful. The receptionist had to call my dr and my insurance company because my dr failed to send new insurance papers. She was very apologetic and understanding. Dr Keely and her assistant were awesome too!! Even though I had possible cancer spots frozen off my face, it was a very positive experience . I highly recommend EPIPHANY DERMATOLOGY.

I would make a special trip from Montana to come to this office again! But not in the summer! 😄

Keelie Johnston PA-C is incredible here! I couldn’t recommend her enough. She listens and takes great care of her patients. You can tell she loves her job and I definitely recommend going to see her!

Everyone is doing their job and has a smile as you come in and as you leave. The medical staff is very courteous and listens to your concerns. All staff are very professional in their jobs.

I was very impressed with Epiphany. I had an appointment at 3pm and my mother had an appointment at 4pm with the other Epiphany office across town. Both doctors were very easy to follow, punctual and completely met our needs. I would highly recommend Epiphany Dermatology to anyone with skin care needs.

Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled appointment as requested. Was called in to examination room right when scheduled at 11 AM.

From the check in clerk to the CMA to the PA2 to the doctor to the checkout clerk each team member with whom I interacted was courteous, professional, friendly, pleasant, thorough, and extremely competent!

Looking forward to hearing the results of the four biopsies for which they took specimens.

In and out in just under 35 minutes.

I had a great experience with the staff at Epiphany Dermatology in Tyler. Dr Blaser and his staff were very helpful, friendly, and caring.
I felt like I had their focused attention. These days, it seems like every place is so busy and just running us through like a number. I did not get that at all with Epiphany. It was easy to find the location, and parking was easy and right close to the entrance. I really liked the small town “feel” of the place.
