Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Humble

I cannot say enough good things about Encompass Rehabilitation in Humble, Texas. My husband was a patient there after hip replacement surgery. The difference in his ability to stand and walk from the time he arrived until he left was phenomenal. The nurses and med techs are top notch and the therapists were patient and understanding but relentless in getting results. I highly recommend this facility and their entire staff.

As a nursing student, I had my clinical practice in this facility last semester. Compared to the one that I have now, I must say that Encompass is a great place for both patients and staff. The nurses are very helpful, and everyone follows protocol diligently to make sure patients have the best outcomes. I highly recommend this facility!!!

All doctors, nurses and rehab techs were very professional, caring and helpful. I'd like to thank Stephanie, Max, Ago, Olivia, Victoria, Jackie for being exceptional.

Upon our arrival at the rehabilitation facility, my husband and I were greeted with a genuinely warm welcome that immediately eased my apprehensions. Despite my initial reluctance to part from my husband, Miss Jackie, the friendly secretary at the front, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

After saying our goodbyes, I sat in the car for a brief five minutes, overcome with emotion. It was the first time I had left my husband's side in seven days since his car accident. However, a morning call from him reassured me, as he shared how everyone at the facility had been exceptionally kind.

Now, let's delve into the exceptional teams of physical and occupational therapy. Stacy and her colleagues, including Megan, deserve a perfect 10 out of 10 for their remarkable dedication. Lastly, Dr. Mathurin's genuine concern for my husband's well-being and daily progress was truly phenomenal. Their collective efforts and expertise played a pivotal role in my husband's journey to recovery, and I am eternally grateful for their invaluable assistance. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend this facility—100%.

This place was a total game changer for my dad . After being in another rehab and having another bad fall and uti, I almost thought I would have to send him to a home because he was so bad I was afraid I could not care for him. Encompass took him in and told me let them have a chance with him . I am so glad I did . They were excellent. They kept me up to date and they really worked with him. He ended up getting back to walking his speech improved , his overall energy improved. He was in a position to come back home where I could care for him. They were so friendly and the therapists really put the work in . You can tell they all love their job as it shows !! I cannot say enough great things about the staff even starting with the front desk. Everyone is just so pleasant.

My sister is there now, suffered a stroke and was transferred there afterwards for rehabilitation. Doctors are there daily to speak with patient as well as family. Therapy staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Nursing staff, front receptionist, all are plesant and won't hesitate to answer questions or assist in any way. Facility is clean and natural light shining through the windows. There is no sick smell. Very pleased with care she is receiving . It nice to know that this place exist during this time of crisis.

This place is awesome! The care received was excellent. Everyone on staff from the nurses to therapy to admin was always kind and caring. Their facility is super clean and their patients given the best of care! I would recommend this facility to all who are looking for a great rehabilitation center who specialize in stroke patients.

Encompass Rehab came highly recommended. We brought my father Will from Louisiana to Humble to partake in the exemplary services. My father had rehab 2 times from this center. From the nurses, social workers to all of the therapists and staff involved, exemplary services is an understatement of my father's recovery and stamina. Everyone was so encouraging, place organized, great food, super clean environment where it was like home. The family was treated with utmost respect and allowed to participate in recovery with my father. We thank you all for your great customer service, hard work and care. My father prevent a heart attack here as the staff was proactive. I highly recommend you all with NO reservations. Thanks again for changing our lives. Keep up the good work.

I received the finest care here and would recommend it to anyone. I was at this facility for a week recovering from post COVID pneumonia. They took good care of my health, but they also assured that I was comfortable, and that I fully understood my care. The staff was very kind. Oh, and the food was good!

I've stayed three times at the humble facility and I call it my second home. I love the pt/ot staff so much. They are encouraging but tough, kind and fun. Food here is excellent. Free sodas for the win! I will return if I ever Need them again. We love them so much we drive over an hour to stay at this facility.

They took care of my husband so well and with cancer, spine surgery and a blood clot it was a difficult time. From the nurses to the doctors to the therapists to the pharmacist...everyone was kind, patient and went above and beyond our experiences at so many other hospitals since 2014 and there have been many. Thank you for helping us and making this experience as easy as you could.

This is a Awesome facility. My Mom has been here for almost two weeks. The rooms are clean no smell of urinre and the staff are friendly. Reviews are good but I advise anyone to check these places out before you place your love one.THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY and REHABILITATION FACILITY. I give HealthSouth 5 stars plus

I can't say enough about the staff at Encompass in Humble. From the nurses, nurses aides and the therapist. But has made the healing of my right hip so much better. It was wonderful to have each and everyone of them care about you and your recovery. Than you. See you for the left hip.

Wonderful place!
Dr, therapists, nurse's, nurse tech's, cafeteria people are all so wonderful.
Never had a complaint about anything.
My husband and I call this place our 3rd home.

I want to say I was worried cause I read two bad reviews like any person would but I found the bad reviews to not be true my dad was there for over a month the doctors and nurses and his caseworker were very good place was well
Taken care of my dad enjoyed his stay there and the Psychical therapy he received was excellent condition they took care of all my dads needs I would recommend this place and his case worker marleen made sure all his needs were meet so I give this place 5 stars cause I have no complaints neither did my dad so if your looking for a good rehabilitation center for your loved one this is a good one to go too thank you to all
