Summer Haven Mobile Home Park and RV

This is a beautiful park, I pray I become a resident very soon!

My mom just moved in this part 2 months ago. Not bad at all. They just need to fix the roads on the RV side and get some gravel hauled in on the R. Vsite pads when it rains or just water. Standing everywhere. It really muddy other than that not not bad for the area

Since current owner purchased property, rent goes up every year. Most communication is in the form of form letters threatening fines for an endless number of "violations". Basically, living a normal life in your own home is a violation. Worse than an HOA. Regular management turnover. Maybe they get tired of being nazis.
Most neighbors are pretty nice. It doesn't hurt to know Spanish.

I've been trying to get in touch with them but the phone isn't answered.

Helpful but smelt if sewage

This place and all their other locations are a dump. To get qualified you have to jump through hoops. Don’t even get me started on the gal named Marina. She thinks she knows everything but she’s dumber than a box of rocks. I don’t see how this place stays in business because they can’t even keep staff. Now they’ve started towing vehicles and it’s out of control.

If I could give them negative reviews I would. They never answer their phone, they don’t give accurate information about the lease, I had a guest injured on their property and they did nothing about it. I have been trying to get a hold of them for two weeks to give my notice and I’ve emailed and no one has answered. Just dont.

Second day of no water and management won’t answer phones
