Holiday Inn Express & Suites Forney, an IHG Hotel

Booking a room and the front staff is on point. They know what customer service truly means.
First I want to point out that the first room they gave me, there was a few issues such as used towels in the bathroom. I went to the front staff and they immediately took action. (May be due to a Housekeeper not properly doing their job) Anyway, I was given another room less then 2 minutes.
Going into the room, the view of the room was nice. Some art on the wall for decor. Bed is very nice. I didn't have issues with bugs or any pest for that matter. My room was very spacious. Nice size closet with a safe. The lighting in the room is pleasing. Just enough for the eyes. The appliances available worked nicely. The bathroom was very nice. I like the vanity style mirror in the bathroom for extra lighting. Shower is nice. My towels were clean. I love how they have the Dove products in the shower area. The A/C brand is GE (General Electric), which is a plus for me. The unit worked very nicely. The room temperature was exactly how I wanted it after my settings. Overall the room was great.
Also, what I love about this restaurant is the breakfast. There are many styles to choose from. Whether you like cereals, pancakes, gravy and biscuits, etc...its there. I love the breakfast choices that are available. The food is delicious as well. Even though I had a coffee maker in my room, there was coffee available in the breakfast area. Other juices where available as well. Breakfast time gets an "A Plus" from me.

Perfect location in forney. Check in and checkout process was smooth. Decided to be spending every other week here because the room was cozy and beds comfortable. kudos guys

Excellent front desk representatives at your service. It was a busy night for the hotel, but it remained a calm and relaxing environment. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start our day!!

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Forney is beautiful and very clean - their outdoor patio area is also very nice. The staff and even the owner were very friendly and helpful to our group. Their furniture is modern and comfortable. If you are there for business, they have a great meeting room, or if you’re there for leisure, they have a huge area in the lobby for relaxing. I was impressed with our entire experience here! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!!

The manager and owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful and so is the staff. The location is easy access to Hiway 80 and there are food restaurants near by, some walking distance staying in the connected parking lots. The lobby is very nice with a large sitting area and next to that area is the area for breakfast which is also large and feels very welcoming. The place was very clean and very well kept up. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I LOVE IT HERE. Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Forney, TX never disappoints!

I travel frequently for work and this one by far exceeds the others. Ronnie and the front desk staff consistently go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and recognized. The rooms are large, with plenty of storage space in both the bathroom and bedroom.

The entire facility is well maintained and not only looks clean, but FEELS clean.

One thing I love in particular, that is unique to other hotels - their beds include both soft and firm pillow options to accommodate your comfort preference! The beds themselves I always sleep so well in.

I always look forward to visiting as I know my stay will be a great one!

Decent place to stay with comfortable amenities without breaking the bank. Everything was pretty clean and the staff was nice. Standard hotel breakfast was appreciated, their little pancake making machine was fun to watch and they had a nice bar for coffee & tea. Would definitely consider coming back if I was visiting the area.

First let me start off by saying that the rooms are so nice and cozy, The beds and sheets are always clean, neat and comfortable. The staff and manager are all so kind and helpful, they created me every morning I was there and would do everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable for the time I was staying there! They also have a great selection of drinks, snacks, and hygiene care available in the lobby which made it so convenient instead of having to leave every-time I needed something! Will definitely be staying here again.

So I have traveled all over the world and United States, and would like to rate it at the top of the list. I would like to say from the first day of my 7 day stay was awesome. Everyday the staff made sure that I was taken care of. The hotel is clean and awesome. Rony the GM made sure that my stay was perfect and the value was awesome. BTW the have a good breakfast too. Thank you for the wonderful trip! I will be back soon!

We stayed here for work, and we used the conference room on the first floor. It was great, the room was really clean, and the staff was super accommodating. We were conducting focus groups and we had several people showing at different times and the staff was fantastic and help us direct the respondents to the right place. Additionally, breakfast was on point. I travel around the country for my job and this is one of the best Holiday Inn I have stayed at.

Ronny the manager and the rest of the staff are always helpful when we stay here. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. I've stayed at other hotels in the area when we visit but now it's Holiday Inn no exception. Always a wonderful stay and you pay for what you get and the price for the experience is perfect.

The location, overall room quality, and breakfast were top-notch. I must say the housekeeping really doing the due diligence to ensure the sheets and comforter are clean. The front desk associate was very pleasant.

The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to local restaurants and the wedding event I was going to. Overall, I would highly recommend the this place for anyone looking for an enjoyable stay.

My stay exceeded expectations all around. The location is a plus because of nearby places to eat. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. My room was clean, comfortable and I felt safe. The complimentary breakfast was hot and filling! If I am back in Forney, I will try to stay at this property.

Amazing rooms for the price. VERY LIT UP PARKING LOT which I love. Nobody is breaking into your car unless they’re asking to get caught. Very very very clean rooms. The bed is so comfortable. AC works great as well. Direct TV with many many channels. Honestly everything you could possibly ask for. I had trouble with my key cards to get in my room and had to go down to the office 3 times to get different keys. The lady at the desk automatically upgraded me to a king suite without me even complaining or asking for anything but for a key to work to get into the room lol A+ customer service. You cannot go wrong staying here. Absolutely amazing experience. NOTE : I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for this stay!

Getting a room at this location is really the best thing happened to us , stayed for my work visit and they gave access to conference room too , wonderful breakfast and lot of restaurants and bars near by , perfect holiday location and the people are so professional here , i am coming back for their hospitality. Overall its a great place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights with my family, the front desk staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, the little lady with the black hair must be a little new, but her and the blonde woman, Chloe, was extremely kind and helpful to both myself and the other worker. But anyways, great places to eat nearby, amazing view, and decent breakfast. 10/10 stay!!

I honestly don't leave reviews but I must say this one is worth it. I loved my stay there at the hotel. Everyone was friendly, the beds slept great, the customer service outstanding. You will love it there. Very peaceful place.

Was returning from a long drive from Florida. I’m this great little Holiday Inn with a cool little pool in the back. Breakfast was good and they had some cookies at check-in. The best part was the price. Great Value
