I love this location. Everyone here is focused on customer satisfaction and transaction execution. NOTE: This branch very busy most of the time, but everyone still has a nice smile and they get their job done.

I always thought highly of this bank until today. Went in to get a loan while using my truck as collateral. I used my vehicle because I did not want them to bother with a credit check...asking $6500 with a $22k value on my vehicle & figured it would not be any trouble. Gave them my simple information of where I worked, how much I made, etc. I get a call later saying I was denied because 5 months ago I paid a $25 credit card payment a week late. They further damaged my credit I never authorized for them to look up in the first place. Why do they even bother with title loans? I see no point, but lost time & damage to my credit now. Very upset.

Unbelievable to say the least. I came in to buy $1 Bill's. They actually said that I need an account with them to exchange $100 for 1s and sent me away. Then they have the nerve to ask me if I want to open qn account with them.

Worst customer service ever from a manager. Lida who claims 16years of working here is the worst example of a customer service banker I have ever come into contact with. She doesn’t belong at Frost Bank.
