Excellent service, delicious coffee and treats along with a cute little shop, who could ask for anything more?

Ordered 2 cappuccinos, one with fat free and one “normal”. They were prepared in a timely manner and tasted great.

Good place for coffee, light snacks and some unusual gift items!

love this place and their crepes. The GIA crepe is in another level! I love the outside sitting area which is called "Husband Day Care" 😛 They are very generous about nutella 🤪. The sitting arrangement inside the shop is little small but they have plenty of space outside.

I highly recommend this cafe! I ordered a classic crepe and cheese danish and both were superb! The crepe was very harmonious with Nutella, banana, and strawberries, and the cheese danish was much better than expected. The custard in the middle of danish was just as soft and good as cheesecake. The atmosphere inside was satisfactory, but if the weather is nice, I would recommend going outside and eating near the flower fountain.

We stopped by for crepes and coffee. Everything tested very good. I can highly recommend this place if you want to treat yourself.

Nice. I passed by like million times and never had time to actually sit and enjoy. Well it happened few days ago. We sat outside, although it was a little windy it was enjoyable. Decent coffee, nice stuff and surroundings.

There aren't too many of these locations around and this is possibly the closest to my house in Beach Park up in NE Lake County.

Anytime my family and I come down to Old Orchard to browse, we always stop in at SIP 22 being the crepes are well worth it.

Their coffee beverages whether hot or iced are always a tasty & quenching addition to their delicious crepes.

Venue is kept clean & sanitized, prices are reasonable and the staff are always super friendly.

This establishment provides some nice treats as well as good drinks. The decor is very nice. The presentation of the dishes was very professional. I'm glad I had visited this place and I invite you to do the same .

Coffee is delicious and many options. Don't know what you're in the mood for? Ask the staff and after a few probing questions, they will create exactly what you desire. Crepes? Anything you can imagine... and perfect snack for 2 to share! Won't regret stopping in and satisfying your caffeine fix.
*** Editing this review: typically, the coffee is delicious, service is great. I know every business has off days, but it's how they respond. I purchased a chai tea latte recently and it just tasted terrible. I went back after a few sips to ask if I could get a replacement, and the staff told me there was nothing wrong with it. I could purchase something else or drink what I had. My friend I was with works in the mall and was dumbfounded by their response. I turned to walk out, but she bought me another drink. Hopefully this was a one off.... but really disappointing, and left a bad taste in my mouth, if you know what I mean 😉

The service was quick, the quality of coffee , pineapple special and pastries where great. The outdoor tables could've been cleaner it wasn't dust was kind of paint ( same color as tables). I like their little cute table sets outside.

The amazing crepes @ Sip 22 are causing a sensation at our corporate training meetings this week! And yes these desert crepes tasted even better than they look!

Great place to sit down, relax and enjoy one of many great coffee options they have, or even try the variety of the crepes they make. And they're willing and ready to be flexible and make coffee with personal preferences in mind :) I'll definitely gladly visit again anytime I'm around

Good place to refuel yourself while shopping at the mall. It's a new store so it was busy and our order sort of got messed up. But the owner and staff members noticed and gave us a few treats to hold us over as we waited. They were very kind and accommodating, letting us know what the issue was and being sincere in wanting us to have a good experience. Its interior design is cozy and the owner was very knowledgeable about the coffee!

10/10. Delicious super high quality drinks. The crepes are NOT to be missed!! Outstanding!!! The person who made mine was a true pro. Nutella cold brew coffee is exceptional.

What a great find! I’m so glad I went there instead of Starbucks! The crepes are so delicious and my Americano coffee was so good. I just a little place so it’s not meant for big groups but highly suggest coming here instead of Starbucks in this mall. I’ve already made plans to come back here with my bff.

A lovely open air cafe with delicious food and excellent coffee. Get there in the morning, before all of the mall stores open, for a quiet breakfast in the mall’s beautiful outdoor plaza.

I was in Chicago for 3 weeks and had the BEST cup of coffee here! I ordered a half-caf mocha with coconut milk and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is hip and cozy and the gentlemen that were working there were very nice. Great service. Excellent coffee!

Their small greenhouse in the cold of November made them winner over other cafe and ice cream shops in Old Orchard.
Their little greenhouse was warm enough even without a heater to sit and have ice cream & there is no extra charge to use them.
Coffee, cake and ice cream were all good.

I called up to ask if I could get a gift card for my mother because she uses the salon opposite their location in the courtyard, so she could get a coffee because they have her preferred brand, the gentleman was good people and told me to come on in, he recognized my voice and personally brought me ahead in line - there I saw the yummy crepes and some of the choicest coffee outside of the city - a great place to stop and nosh while shopping at the Old Orchard Shopping Center. It's walk up or sit outside, these are fine options as you would make a quick stop usually. *You should see some of the pictures people posted of the incredible sweets and snacks that seem to be made for Summer time* for an easy gathering of your senses in the shady part of the out door mall - out of the sun. And if you are into people watching it is a prime spot for this. I suggest bring a friend and share a crepe or two and enjoy the coffee and atmosphere of the mall in true bohemian style. It reminds me of some of the coffee spots in trendy neighborhoods like in Colorado. You can see the magic of the preparation of your food through a glass partition. The staff is friendly, easygoing. I will go again in the near future.
It is right near plenty of parking at the back of the mall so if it's just to grab a coffee for the walk I would start there and perhaps end there with a freshly cooked pastry or crepe before the hike home - also an important note is *that it is near where the busses line up besides being by easy parking and the best way into the mall as the other side of the mall is not always great for parking in the summertime. Enjoy.

I have tried many coffee places and Crepes around Chicago but not as delicious as these. Great coffe flavor, chai Latte was awesome and the crepes are so Yummy 😋🤤
