Express

After having a horrible experience at the Lincolnwood Express location, I came here for help. Lupe was so kind and patient and knew all the answers. She had me in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes with an online return. I will 100% be doing all my in-person Express shopping at the Old Orchard location from now on. I would avoid the Lincolnwood location - on top of inadequate associates, it is not kept clean or organized.

I bought a suit for a wedding here and Kim basically held my hand the entire time. She was so helpful in picking shirts to match and making sure everything was the right fit. She answered all my questions and even told me what color shoes and belt to wear. Couldn't have done it without you, Kim! Thanks for everything!

Love the remodeled store, awesome team especially the manager. Amazing customer service. Great sales and deals as a reward member too.

Decided on a random, clear skies, Friday Morning that my jeans needed replacing. Thought of checking out what the Old Orchard Mall had for me at a reasonable
Price. Checked a few stores, Zara, Macys, and Gap but the employees were incredibly uninterested and looked like they want to be there. Ended up checking out this store I’ve never been to before called “Express”, was greeted by a charming ‘Welcome in’ by a young man named Umer, he asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. He then directed me to men’s section where he and this other young fellow named Jalal thourally helped me out and gave their two cents on the jeans they had in Stock. Jalal even offered to check the back rooms for the rather large size that I am. Whilst he was gone, Umer was doing an amazing job informing me about the Insider Program and how I could get 20% off of my purchase. Long story short. I walked away with 2 amazing pairs of jeans and was e static about my purchase. I’m forever grateful for these two young men. Thank you Jalal and Umer. Will be back again!

I went with my parents to this Express in Old Orchid & Charlotte waited on us!! She was amazing!! She exceeded our expectations going above & beyond making our experience fun & exciting!!

I really love coming in here for basic pieces. When they have sales, it is ridiculously cheap. Nice to be able to stock up on leggings and tanks and other things that every wardrobe needs without breaking the bank. good quality too

Awesome group here. Brian was great on the phone and him and the cashier (whose name I didn't catch but she was great!) helped me order the size I need.

Elyssa, the associate on the register, was absolutely amazing. She was not only friendly, communicative, and helpful, but she was also extremely attentive. 10/10 customer service. Thank you again Elyssa!!!

Very good and quality products it's a little pricey but it's worth it.

Very nice service. The cashier was very helpful. Took her time to make sure i was helped. Eventhough I went in 5 mins before closing she was Very respectful and took her time and i appreciate that!!
