Splendora Dental

The whole atmosphere of the waiting room and office was very inviting and comfortable. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. Especially Candace she talked me through my treatment plan and gave me lots of options to help with payment of the procedures. I absolutely love Splendora dental and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family in search of a good dentist.

Dr. Ghazal is amazing with children. He's super speedy with his work but still efficient. My 5 and 6 year old are always so comfortable with Dr. Ghazal!

Ms Nora is a great doctor didn’t go threw no pain at all I needed a extraction on a wisdom tooth and no pain at all the assistant Yuri was so nice too always asking if I was ok . Thanks 🙏

Had a wonderful experience, they took care of our whole family (family of 4), And the wait time was not bad, only 5 to 10 minutes

To be honest, I loathe trips to the dentists. Even more so after my recent experiences at trinity dental and jones family dental (see other reviews).

However,
From the initial conversation to schedule an appointment with Alyssa to the waiting room paperwork I appreciated the stress reducing sense of friendly invitation.
Then, I was summoned back by Dental Assistant Latoya aka “tha B*mB.Com” who processed the most painless inside of mouth X-rays ever. Dr. Houang, U helped med decide the best possible course of action (Fillings) with the risks associated with it (Referral to specialist). It is imperative to note, I require an alarming amount of anesthetic medication to receive the appropriate effects. Dr. Houang gives me the topical followed by the needle; which was actually a relief because it was painless and that meant she took the topical out of my mouth (needs better flavor) I received 2 fillings in my rear Molars. With the least amount of discomfort I can report I’ve ever experienced in a dentists office. Then on the way out as I approached the most painful aspect of the visit, billing, I was welcomed by Karen aka the Boss, who explained the amounts of my amount due and the insurance companies part in a most effective way.

Prior to leaving, I scheduled my next appointment without hesitation which is definitely a first for me.

However,
When scheduling future visits, I did require one facet if I am to become a “regular” . Being that the level of care and amazing service I received from both practitioners, Latoya and Dr. Houang, I informed The manager Karen to only schedule me for dates when they are my clinicians. She of course obliged and then sweetens the deal!

She informed me that Latoya, who is assigned to their Crosby location but assisting the Splendora location, is in the process of permanently transferring. #winwin

The front end team is awesome I was able to get on there basis dental plan. It was explained to me to my understanding. The dental hygienist was awesome as well and explained the procedure she was about to to. Tara the dental assistant was very helpful as well and made sure I was comfortable. The lady dentist was very gentle and helpful. I will be a returning customer and will be bringing the family.

Friendly, kind and thorough. I would recommend to anyone. Our children also go to Splendora Dental.
Ashley explained everything to me. Dr Hong was great and the front staff took care of all my needs and explained all my options to me.

The entire experience was terrific 💯%. Office staff, Kim, Ashley and Dr. Woodside are all great. Answering questions, guiding me along during procedures, double checking insurance, excellent service and appointment reminders too. We will be back 😁

Went in for orthodontist. It was super easy and my daughter got braces the same day. Jennifer is AMAZING!!! She was super helpful through the whole process, from making the appointment to explaining the cost breakdown. A++. I even had a friend make an appointment due to the process being so smooth.

Can't say enough about how friendly EVERYONE was from the office staff to the dental assistant and the Dentist, everyone was going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Special Thank you to Hanna the dental assistant who made it her mission make sure my wife was her number one priority. Highly recommend.

Everyone here is friendly and very accommodating. Tara was a fantastic help, explaining things and even gave us some cute toothbrushes for our grandkids. My husband was in pain and they all made sure their priority was to help him.

Staff was more than helpful and patient with arrangements of the finances. Dr and Caleb was great and made sure that everything was great with my extraction. Kristen, the office manager was on point and on top of everything to make sure my visit went smoothly and best interest for my treatment. Highly recommend and Kristen goes above and beyond for a great experience.

Very pleased and I just love the staff here! Kristen, the office manager, is super sweet and helped me with my insurance for my dentures! She's so awesome! Tara, the assistant that has helped from the start, is super great! I would highly recommend! So glad I came here!

Fast and friendly service! Everything was explained thoroughly. Very professional environment, very clean. Staff was well mannered! Will definitely be returning, as well as recommending other family members to this location! Oh and my daughter told me to mention, “they give you tokens to use in the lobby upon leaving your dental appointment.” 😊 so that’s a win!!

I absolutely love Splendoda Dental! I took my 3 year old daughter here and they were so kind, patient and understanding with her. Tara was so good with her and tried to make everything she did with her kid friendly to make my kiddo comfortable. The whole place did an amazing job trying to get my kiddo to cooperate in a nice and kid friendly way. My kiddo refused to open her mouth to let them look at her teeth and instead of trying to force her to do anything they rescheduled her an appointment with the pediatric dentist instead right away with no hesitation. They are very thorough about explaining everything they are going to do. They don't try to rush you out of the door as quick as possible like alot of dentists and doctors do. They take the time to talk to you and show you that you are important and matter to them. We only waited not even 10 minutes to be called to the back, and they truly are so friendly and make you feel like family. Will be returning here for any work I ever need and for my daughter as well. 10/10 would recommend Splendora Dental to anyone! You are not just a number here, you are important and matter.

Had great experience. Everyone was very nice and friendly to me. Only thing that I had problems with was the time it took getting new dentures back. But that is ok. Love my new teeth.
