I wish I could give Collections a million stars. We visited Collections after a horrible experience with a big name national diamond brand that absolutely crushed our engagement ring buying spirit. We walked in, and Linda immediately told us, with just a few glances at some inspiration pictures, that she could make what we wanted. She clearly explained the whole process to us, step by step, which put our minds at ease.

The process was:
1. Pick our diamond/gemstone. She asked us what we wanted and ordered a few for us to look at later this week.
2. Design the ring and 3D print a wax model to make sure we are happy with it.
3. Cast and finalize the product.

The process took about a month but was well worth the wait. The staff communicated with us well the whole time so we always knew where our ring stood in the process. They took all our concerns into account, and we were absolutely blown out of the water with the final product. And, the price point is completely fair and less expensive than you would pay at a big name brand. Cannot recommend this business enough.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I have used Collections for years starting with my grandmother who never trusted anyone else with her diamonds. My fiance' and I had a specific wedding ring design in mind that would be significant to us and unlike any ring we'd ever seen. We met with Shirley who helped us with the design, communicated our needs to the Cad designer who made a mold of the design. We made a few changes and a second mold was made. (I understand it was no easy feat and took many attempts as well as hours) After the second mold was completed, I approved it to be poured and diamonds placed. It was more beautiful in person than I ever imagined. The owner, Steve made sure everything was to our satisfaction and gave us first class service and communication throughout the process. I literally cried when I saw it the first time! Well worth the 1.5 hour drive back and forth to go to Collections. Thank you to all who created more than just another diamond ring.

I recently worked with Jim to upgrade my center stone in my wedding ring. He was awesome to work with. He was very attentive to what I wanted and delivered the exact results. Not only is the new stone gorgeous and amazing, working with Jim was an amazing and seamless experience. My husband purchased my engagement ring here. He was able to choose something unique. And then we designed my wedding band here using the stones from my grandma’s ring. It turned out so beautiful. They customer service is excellent and they’re quite fast when it comes to custom jewelry.

My wife and I brought in her grandmother's wedding ring along with my grandfather's wedding ring with the hopes of melting them both down to make something special for our wedding. Steve and the folks here went above and beyond to help guide us through the process and ensure we got what we wanted. We could not have been more impressed. Bought a beautiful Diamond and sapphire wedding ring after losing mine in NYC. The lady that assisted me was very nice, gave me many options and listened to what I was looking for. She also checked my size and was able to get the ring I wanted to buy resized same day. I truly appreciate the above and beyond service from her. I waited for my ring and when it was ready a guy just handed it to me. I was disappointed I had to ask for a ring box but it was fine. I just expected if you purchase something, that they give you a ring box and put it in a bag. Small touches mean a lot to customers. Overall I’m pleased with initial service and the ring is really beautiful. Thank you for helping me replace my wedding ring.

Service here is top notch! I needed a ring resized. They helped me figure out what size I am. And we're able to fix it while I waited. I couldn't be more grateful! just had them take links out of a watch came back today the gentleman I'm sorry I dont know his name brown haired man had a pink shirt on today . I was lucky enough to run into him again he took care of me in a timely manner ,actually apologized for the almost non existant wait .this employee will be the reason I frequent this establishment for all my jewelry needs.

Impeccable service and beautiful jewelry! We went in to get a delicate gold watch resized. They not only did a wonderful job on the watch but they did it quickly with a smile! We will definitely be back!

I posted a picture of my engagement ring/band set I picked up yesterday. Obsessed is an understatement. I had it custom made to fit around my engagement ring like a puzzle piece and couldn’t be happier. I really didn’t want to take it off! (Not getting married til October) The pricing was SO much better than the other big box stores and it only took about 3 weeks from start to finish. I was quoted 4 months at other stores. I was recommended by multiple family and friends to come here, and I’m so glad I did. We will be taking other family rings in to melt down to create my fiancé’s band in a few weeks. Can’t wait to see how amazing his turns out!

I came here because I’ve always heard great things about their repair services, they’ve been around for forever and I’ve known plenty of people who took their watches and jewelry here. When my ring broke this was the first place that came to mind. They had it fixed within 2 business days! Every single person there was very knowledgeable and friendly, they are also super reasonably priced. Next time I’m in the market for jewelry this will definitely be my first stop.

Great small family business. Stopped by today , to get some watch batteries replaced, they were very busy with Holiday shoppers , but still delivered great service. They replaced the batteries in less than 15 minutes and had me on my way. Got the same respect and service for my little $20.00 repair , as the man next to me looking at expensive wedding sets. This is why they get my business. I am a big supporter of small businesses that have survived by doing good honest business . We need them, and they need us . Collections is my first stop if I have jewlery needs.

After dealing with a terrible jewelry store in another town, a friend recommended Collections and they exceeded my expectations!

The customer service is so top notch that they stayed a few minutes after the stores hours to discuss details of my ring that needed to be fixed due to the terrible work from the other jewelry store. They had already given me an estimate so it wasn't like they were trying to get more money from me. However, they never once rushed me or acted like they were in a hurry.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for this place that truly puts their customers first. We will definitely continue to do business here!

Great experience! We had an heirloom ring that we wanted to reset into a modern design. Tricia helped us the whole way through and made our ring more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed.
