I got a call from my tenants about a leaky shower and I was out of town. I contacted Plumbing and they were responsive coming out the same afternoon- awesome customer service and responsive. The tenants were pleased. I will use again for any plumbing issues and would recommend to anyone looking for assistance.

Billy was rude and inattentive, neglecting to wear his mask the entire time. He showed no respect for my home. This company claimed that my flooring work indicated a water line leak and faulty valve on my outdated plumbing. Billy did a haphazard check and managed to overlook clear signs of water damage. He seemed eager to waste my time and money, looking for problems that should have been easy to spot given the course of the water line. He wrongly declared that my water line was old, rusty, and in poor condition. After the floors were laid, he attempted to reset my toilet in place, but did a terrible job. He left the grouting messy and did not clean up after himself, adding to the mess left behind by the flooring team. Billy seemed annoyed by my nervous puppy and showed no care for my belongings. I will definitely avoid calling this company for any future plumbing needs. Their staff is so rude and they do not seem to care about helping their customers.

Showed up late. Took forever to assess the problem. Gave a cost quote, which was drastically increased at the end. The faulty water heater was left full and in place. The new heater was installed poorly and messily with old hardware and without an overflow pan, the area was left in a complete mess. The total time was about 3 1/2 days. Miguel and Billy were utterly unprofessional and impolite. This company's service could not have been worse.

It's usually easy to find decent service, but that wasn't the case with Billy. He botched the plumbing project and left all my questions unanswered, plus the price for the work was outrageous. I was extremely disappointed with his work ethics. On the second call, I requested a regulator to be installed in the line into the house and, as expected, he did a terrible job. And yet again, it was done at an exorbitant price. I would caution everyone against using this company if you're seeking efficient and prompt service.

Our gas combi boiler broke right before Christmas week. I called this company and Miguel was supposed to arrange an emergency work call on the same day, but didn't. When Billy arrived, he was unprofessional and unclear about the steps he was taking to fix my boiler. He had to disassemble the 3-way valve, but due to the boiler leaking water for a while, all screws were rusted. He contacted the boiler company's customer support, but inaccurately described the problem, they even did a video call. The tech confirmed that it was fixable, but this company would not offer a new boiler for free! I couldn't be more upset, this company failed to advocate on the clients' behalf. The new boiler was not installed the next day. I regret relying on Miguel and Billy, as they failed to restore hot water and heat to my home. I would not recommend this company, they are uncertified and unprofessional.

My wife and I required a water meter upgrade and were informed by 'this company' that our main shutoff valve was outdated and the packing nut was slightly leaking. We reached out to several plumbers. Billy was the only one who responded. However, he didn't show up until the following day and made a mess when replacing the valve, wasting a lot of time. If you observe him work, it's clear that he's terrible at what he does. He also has an irritating sense of humor and is quite unpleasant to be around. Billy was incredibly vague and failed to explain what he was doing at each step. We certainly will not be using his services again.

I tried contacting this company when my sprinklers wouldn't activate through the control box, right after I'd laid down some fertilizer. The situation was dire as the fertilizer would have scorched everything without water. But they took their sweet time, showing up more than an hour later, and I believe I was just unlucky that someone was in the area. Billy, who was sent over, failed to get them working properly. I'm left high and dry without water! Completely disappointed with the results.

billy did an atrocious job; he was rude, messy, and inefficient. he arrived two hours later than the call and lazily started the work. he struggled with a clogged toilet, which needed to be removed and replaced, and a shower drain that was slow due to hair clogs. his amateurish plumbing service was unacceptable, and he left both bathrooms in a complete mess after finishing the job.

This company installed a new main water line from the street, a water heater, water pressure regulator, and supposedly brought electrical grounding up to code. The costs were outrageous; $1485 for the water heater and an additional $6,115.50 for the rest, totaling a whopping $7,960.50. We were deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by Miguel and Billy.

i tried reaching out but we could never agree on a time slot for our appointment. miguel, their plumber, arrived late and not as planned. we discussed the plumbing issues i was experiencing and he sloppily inspected the five areas in question in my home. he provided me with an exorbitant quote for the job. after reluctantly agreeing on the cost, he started to work. after several hours, he had still not finished the job to my satisfaction. i foolishly paid him for his poor service and workmanship. i was extremely unsatisfied with the outcome and miguel's unprofessional and disrespectful demeanor. i would definitely hesitate to call on this plumbing service again.

The work was terrible! Two technicians from this company, Billy and Miguel, arrived late on a Saturday morning, despite the fact I had no sink to clean dishes. My kitchen was flooding and they were supposed to be the first ones there on Saturday morning to replace the garbage disposal. However, they didn't show up until much later in the day. They left a huge mess behind as well! All I have for this company is complaints, not gratitude.

Billy performed an abysmal job attempting to pull & replace our toilet in the master bath. Numerous complications arose in this 52 yr old house. He failed to properly align the toilet with the tile, despite using 1 & 1/2 wax rings. He left behind a mess from the caulk line of the old toilet. His lack of communication left me constantly questioning what was happening. Terrible customer service from this plumbing company!

billy, the leak tech, was absolutely terrible! unprofessional, he kept me in the dark about what he was doing to locate the leak. he couldn't find our leak, and passed the job off to their appraiser. he ignored all my questions and gave me an awful follow-up. i wouldn't call him again!
