University Apartments Office

Great apartments for graduate students. They offer onsite laundromats and tons of parking. The buildings are old military barracks but they help to keep the cost of rent down for students. There are tiny parks for kids to play at and the courtyards offer room to play and ride bikes. The three bedroom apartments are off to the side of the Brackenridge apartments and offer a shed door washer dryer hook ups. The staff is great and maintenance works fast to fix any problems.

Paul is the worst building admin I’ve ever seen! Impossible to communicate and never solved any of our issues. And he has the worst attitude towards tenants

Worst management ever. Glad I have moved out. But still hearing what they are doing to the current residnets

Completely unacceptable behavior from “Paul”. I asked a yes or no question and instead of replying he decided to give attitude and tell me how the “business works”. (btw the bank does open on weekends 💞)

be careful when you move out, they will charge you for the damage that you did not make

It can be dime but not worth a penny!
