The woman that helped my family was wonderful. We were suffering a great loss with our mother's passing and she gave us some comfort. She made our arrangements exactly what I wanted and it was ready the next day. She even made a small bouquet to place on top of the box for the memorial. I even bought a plant and a small heart stone with a lovely sentiment on it. Their prices were great and I'm so happy with the personal service I received .

They went above & beyond for my spouse. He grabbed roses that were packaged separately, & the ladies took the extra time to rearrange/refreshed them in a vase so I could enjoy for my birthday. Every time we come, it’s always a pleasure. Thank you!!

Mrs. Frances is so sweet, attentive, and amazing. My mother passed in 2016 and she designed the sprays for the funeral. I was very pleased with the flower bouquet made for my daughter wedding. The boutonnières and corsages were so nice. We appreciated the thought put into this as it was very last minute. The lady that took my order and later waited on me was extremely nice. I will definitely use for future purchases for sure.

I absolutely loved the friendliness and kindness from the staff. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted and they had such a beautiful assortment of flowers. I was able to pick up exactly what I wanted and even customize my flowers by adding more flowers. They had such beautiful arrangements and I will definitely be a repeat customer from here on out.

I had specific flowers and colors in mind and even though some of the flowers I wanted were not available, she made sure she replaced them with another beautiful flower of the same color. I received a lot of complements on the arrangement and that made me very happy because I was not able to attend the services, but it was extremely important for me to represent my family with a beautiful standing spray. Great people to deal with. I ordered an arrangement for my moms birthday and the lady I talked to was very helpful. I know nothing about flowers so I just told her what colors my mom liked and they came up with a beautiful birthday gift for my mom. I will definitely go back.

I live in Texas but my family is in IL. I've used Lasting Impressions everytime I needed flowers sent over yonder and every time they deliver beautiful bouquets at a great price. When I get a picture from my family of what was actually delivered, im impressed with what they put together with my budget and with my vague description of "send something pretty". It really is better to order directly from a local florist than an online or nationwide business. Frances is so easy to work with and so kind on the phone with me when I call. Sometimes I think I should just have them on retainer. Haha. Keep up the great work yall.

Lasting Impressions Floral Shop is absolutely AMAZING!! Today is the second time that I have used this company to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend at work. Each time they have gone above and beyond to ensure that the arrangements were perfect and delivered on time. today I had a small window of time before she was to leave work. i asked if they could make the delivery on time, not only did they, it was an hour and a half early.

This company completely caters to its customers and really knows the meaning of customer service. The awesome quality arrangements is just the icing on the cake.

Frances has always done an amazing job with my orders! She is my go to florist and has never disappointed. Her prices are always been reasonable and you can tell she truly cares about each order.

Lady who runs this store was very nice, made a great corsage in a timely fashion as well. Would recommend for homecoming, prom, etc.
