I enjoy coming in here to browse but was on a mission to find some jumper cables and you can't beat the price anywhere!! Plus with their app you can get free and discounted items there too. I went to one in Fairview Heights it's closer but if you need a vehicle battery or anything battery go to one in collinsville!! Always there to help you if any questions and service is always above and beyond I luv it!!

I love to shop at harbor freight stores, i can spe dcall day in there. This one has it all unlike a few I have been in like the Alton, Il. store that one of small dosn't have a lot of things I am is to buying.

Just about everything you need for repairs. Some of their
tools are better quality than others. It pays to do some research before you buy.

Always clean, well stocked, and with a very helpful staff. Never need to ask for assistance here, they are proactive and offer up help. Fast to load heavy stuff into the truck after checkout, too.

Needed a new sump pump. They had what I needed. Installed it and it worked great.

Only certain tools and equipment. But when needed, yeah, good price store of what they carry.

Huge variety. Staff was very helpful in helping me find what I needed.

It was GREAT! MY CLERK WAS VERY HELPFUL and informative about the merchandise I was there for. What I liked best was how very patient he was with me as a customer. I didn't feel rushed as he answered my questions. It was my first time in Harbor Freight store and I have to tell you I'm going back. The prices were very reasonable and I even seen items there that were prices cheeper. I will be a regular customer of Harbor Freight fro now on. So I would like to recommend this store to anyone who is looking for lower prices great incentives . Oh yeah I forgot o tell you about the Buy as Is Table . They have an area that offers you items at a reduced price. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I have to say this is not one of the best Harbor Freight stores its small compared to the florrisant Mo store and the one on Watson road Mo. The new on on Chippewa in st louis us great also. Its a shame we didn't get the same stores perhaps its a square footage thing. Still great place to pick your tools and accessories.

Ample parking with easy access into the store. Greeted upon entering with an offer to assist. The store layout was great. The store had the tow straps I wanted at a good price. Will return soon.
