The worst company to take care of your property! Barry is rude and Condescending. He is constantly lying about the buildings budget and when we ask for proof or a better breakdown of our bills all we got is an excel sheet with whatever information they choose to show us. We’re constantly paying for assessments for the building but could never really be told what’s getting done. Everyone in the building believes he is stealing and when we try to vote him or the board out, they have secret meetings to vote themselves back in without having a meeting so the owners could vote on it. When Barry is questioned about our funds or when he gets called out lying about certain things he decides to block that tenants number. My building is falling apart and he’s fully aware of it and does nothing to fix it but ends up charging us. We need help in order to get him and the board out. He gets NO STARs!

I live in the condos on Forest Street and most of the washing machines and dryers in our complex are broken. The washing machines just fills up with water, but never actually get through a complete cycle. The dryers don't dry clothes entirely, last time I tried to use them I simply had to take them to the laundry mat on Spruce street to finish.
I called the company that is supposed to maintain the machines and was never able to talk to anyone since it is only an automated system. I even downloaded their so called "app" to put in a request for service and the app kept theming me the ID on the machine I put into the system did not exist.
I even sent them an email on their website in the contact us section and never heard back. I called the property management on Oct 21 and left a detailed message and they never bothered to response to me as well. When i called their main number that was listed online this morning, it is telling me that "this number is no longer in service".
Condo Realty & Barry Cyr are nothing, but a bunch of crooks.
