My father was inpatient at SouthEast Alabama Medical Center and I just needed somewhere close and inexpensive.
This is the cleanest budget friendly place I’ve ever stayed in. The front desk manager was very accommodating with anything I needed and their continental breakfast is decent, and every single staff member I encountered had a smile. There is a $50 cash deposit due at check in, and it was refunded immediately in cash upon checkout. The water was hot and my room was comfortable. I felt safe.
I will stay here every time!

I have nothing bad to say about my stay. The room I had was clean, quiet, loved the layout of the room, no one bothered me, people in charge there were very friendly and professional. I got a really good night's sleep and woke up refreshed. I like it there.

Im giving Tammy the only housekeeper they have there 5 stars because of clean and neat and professional the rooms are and every room has everything you need for stay there. Shes amazing to have bust her butt to make sure everything is clean and you have all you need. Although the lady with glasses at the front desk is pretty rude and disrespectful i think they could get someone with better sense of customer service but once youre past that rudeness your stay becomes nice and peaceful and stress free thanks to all the work done by Tammy the housekeeper to have provided you with all your needs. The housekeeping team was exceptional as well, as my room was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. Their attention to detail truly made a difference.

Speaking of the rooms, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern updates and comfortable furnishings. The recent renovations have transformed the hotel into a contemporary haven. The beds were cozy, providing a great night's sleep, and the overall layout of the room was well-thought-out, offering ample space and all the necessary amenities. The bathrooms were spotless and boasted updated fixtures, ensuring a refreshing and rejuvenating experience.

Cleanliness is of utmost importance to me when choosing a hotel, and Super 8, Dothan exceeded my expectations in this regard. My husband, 2 toddlers, and I where homeless for two weeks in January 2021. While we looked for a permanent home we stayed at Super 8. I am sure there are many hotels in Dothan that are better with updated rooms but also more expensive. I've seen some that are much worse too for nearly the same price. I was very pleased by how clean, bug free, quiet, and safe the place was. I never saw the police there and everyone was very friendly and respectful. The office extended our stay several times without any hassles. And house cleaning replaced bed sheets and towels more often than I do in my own home. Thank you Super 8 Dothan staff you where an answer to prayer in a very trying time.

Truck broke down on my way to Florida and needed a place to stay for the night staff was great and room was clean I had no issues with my stay and will definitely stay there again if I’m ever In the area again

Excellent facility. Very clean and organized. Their sanitary methods were thorough. I came in after a long day at the hospital with a family member in critical care and they were wonderful. I was checked in quickly and with outstanding courtesy and kindness and my overall stay was very pleasant.

Newly renovated and friendly staff. Cute motel with large and comfortable beds. Good choice at breakfast.

Location is ideal of stopping over to/from Panama City as it's right by the US Hwy 231.

The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Let us look at the room first because we had a really bad experience the night before somewhere else. The room was clean and comfortable.

Was the cleanest hotel out of 3 that we stopped at in Dothan. Was a great place at 2:00 am to stop and get a few hours of sleep and reasonably priced too! Would definitely stay there again if ever back in the area.

I had a great stay the staff we're really good people the breakfast was good the place was really clean the bed was comfortable I'd like to know where they got their pillows they were very comfortable I wish to thank them for being very accommodating to me check-in time I'm not normally till 11 but I've been traveling all night I need a place to put my head down hey let me check in early thank you for that if I greater than one through five I would give him a 5

Check in was quick and friendly, room was nice and clean, bed was comfy, internet was quick, AC worked great.

Very quiet motel, NEVER no police, prositures, or drugs considering a 30 year old motel.
