She takes the time to help you find what you need and works with your budget. We were able to find this cement table top and bench and could not be happier with how it came out. I am a returning customer after 12 years. I first shopped at their Houston location and most of that furniture is still being used by friends. Rented furniture (seating, coffee and end tables) from Joni at Collection Home for our ATX Open professional WTA women's tennis tournament for the players lounge area. Furniture looked amazing and it was great to work with Joni. Great delivery and set up as well. Got lots of compliments on the player lounge set up and the look of it. Would definitely use them again. Photo is while setting up, not done yet.

I purchased a table and chairs from Collectic Homes in late 2021. They were very helpful and offered a great price. Delivery in March 2022 was smooth and professional and we loved the table (came from Saloom). We decided to add 2 additional chairs which we also got a great price on.

In summer of 2023 (just past the normal warranty period for the table manufacturer) the table broke. Joni was great in interacting with the manufacturer and getting us a replacement table which just arrived. We really appreciate the personalized service and will return for future furniture needs.

Collectic home is amazing! This is by far the best furniture store in Austin (or anywhere I've been) and I would not buy furniture anywhere else. If I see something from any furniture brand or reseller, I always see if Joni and Collectic can provide it or if Joni has any recommendations for similar pieces. This store has amazing selection at every price range, and Joni has excellent recommendations. I've gotten great design advice and found brands I would have never found without talking to Joni. I've taken pieces directly from the showroom and also have worked with Joni to review fabric swatches and order custom and designer pieces. I've furnished my entire 1000 sq. ft. home with Joni (bar stools, kitchen table and chairs, sofa, ottoman, media stand, reading chair, bed frame, night stands, lamps, dresser) and could not be happier. I would never buy a new piece of furniture without talking to Joni first!

I bought a sofa from these guys in 2004. That's 20 years ago! I still have it. It was my biggest purchase at the ripe old age of 24 yrs old. The quality is incredible. Our experience was wonderful! I had a couple questions about the couch my husband and I had been looking at. I called the number and my call was picked up immediately and all my questions were answered. There was some missed communication with the delivery company, but Joni helped with my anxiousness through that too and got into contact with them for me! The delivery team was amazing. Set up was simple and best of all. The couch is everything we hoped it would be! The quality it amazing!

Joni and the gang helped us find the perfect sleeper sofa for The Bloomhouse, our unique vacation rental home here in Austin. They had a wide range of styles and fabrics to choose from. Production delays at the factory due to Covid were unavoidable, but Collectic kept us informed and helped us navigate those uncharted waters, proactively suggesting that we switch to a slightly different fabric that could be produced and shipped sooner. Have always loved the style and quality of Collectic’s furnishings. Posting now to say that they are also a great source for staging consultation and furniture rental. I’m downsizing and putting a house on the market. Worked with Ryan specifically. He has a great eye and came in and quickly assessed what needed to be done. Even better - he’s easy going and fun to work with.

Had contacted the furniture manufacturer since we were having a difficult time receiving a furniture piece from a 3rd party vendor (3 times with extensive damage). The manufacturer referred us to Collectic Home who also sold the unit and Ryan worked with me to reorder, inspect the unit before shipping, and kept me apprised throughout the entire process.

I had just moved to Austin with no furniture so I desperately needed some right away. I stumbled upon Collectic Home’s page while scrolling through FB Marketplace and I am so happy that I did. They had a photo of a small sectional that I really like so I messaged and they told me to come in and check it out. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately amazed at how amazing their selection of high quality yet affordable furniture and home decor were. I ended up checking out the sectional and absolutely loved it at first glance! Joni and her son were amazing! The store was amazing! Their hospitality is unmatched!
