Premier Family Physicians @ Westlake

I have been a patient of Dr. Ondash for several years. There are things I like about Premier Family Physicians and things I don't like. The negatives are the patient portal can be a little difficult to navigate at times and I don't always get timely responses to messages on the patient portal but frankly that is technology. The positive things have far outweighed the good. I have never called the office with a question that they didn't try to get me an honest and respectful answer. They have always tried to get me in when I was sick and always been flexible to schedule for regular appointments. The fact that I can get the blood work done in the office is a huge positive as well. I am in a mobility scooter and the less locations is a huge positive for me. Then there is Dr. Ondash. He cares about his patients. Let me repeat that. He truly cares about his patients. I know he wants the best for me and for my family. He hears your concerns, There have been times I have been frustrated as there appears to be no end in site of a medical issue or I have felt not enough was being done to fix it only to find out that the least restrictive approach was the better approach for my health. It wasn't him listening it had been me not listening and asking enough questions. However when I did ask the questions the answers were given, and the dialogue led to medical care that was positive for me. So for me that is worth five stars.

I've been seeing Dr. Ondash for several years and he is the best doctor I've ever received care from and am happy to have him as my primary physician. He listens carefully and wholeheartedly, provides relavent feedback and care, is genuine in his communication, is very professional, takes my concerns seriously, and never makes me feel rushed.

I've been here a couple times to see Dr. Jarzombek for a couple different issues. He seems like he takes time to listen and actually allow me to explain things. He's very focused on what he can do to help me with whatever the problem might be, very solution-focused. Since he's my GP/family doc, it's obvious that he can't solve every single issue under the sun. That said, I've found all of the referrals from him to be very helpful. When he refers me out, I know he's sending me somewhere that'll take good care of me. I'd happily recommend Dr. Jarzombek to anyone.

I highly recommend coming to this practice. Everyone was so polite, didn't treat me like I was a number. My nurse Lorie was so kind and patient. Dr. Allen Jarzombek was also very kind and patient, thorough with all my needs. I am so happy I finally found the right place for me.

My experience at this clinic was fantastic. I was greeted by smiling faces when I walked in, and the clerical staff was both helpful and professional. The doctor I saw took their time with me, and listened to my concerns. The two ladies who checked me out made me laugh and gave me the info to sign up for a "patient portal." I am so glad I finally found a place where I feel valued and cares about my health. Thank you so much.

I've been seeing Dr Selena Ng at Premier Family Physicians at Westlake for a couple of years now and all of my experiences at this practice have been very positive. It's easy and fast to get an appointment, the staff are friendly and professional, and I have never had to wait. Dr Ng is nice (and all of my kids like her), knowledgeable, was quick to double check something with another doctor when she felt she needed to (which I very much appreciate), and extremely helpful with figuring out which medicine would be appropriate for something we weren't sure about. I highly recommend!

I was a bit nervous as I walked up to this imposing building to have my annual physical and hopefully establish a relationship with a primary care doctor. I like family medicine practices on a small scale and at first glance it look giant and impersonal. However, when you enter, the actual family practice is just a small portion on the ground floor - much more manageable! Everyone was super friendly and the PA I saw, Jaime Fleeger was lovely. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, and that includes all my new patient paperwork. I hope to not see them again anytime soon but know it will be a quick and easy experience if I do.

Dr. Kevin Spencer, Gina and the Team are some of the most AMAZING Angels in the medical profession on the planet. They have walked with me through 8 years of recovery, the birth of my son, interfuron treatment, and my common colds. They are not common, NOT IN THE LEAST. I am extremely Grateful I found this medical practice to help me grow old, gracefully.

Have had Dr. Dan Rasor as my doctor for a number of years. I find that he has your personal well being at heart. Friendly and personable lets you know the score on your health and your options. Willing to listen and suggest courses of action.

Dr Lifshen and his nurses are thorough and friendly. They care. My wife and I have been with him for years.

Doctor Ondash caught my cancer early. Feels good not to die.

They have saved my life more than one time also saved my leg do yourself a favor and use them

I've been going to PFP for years. Dr. Ondash is the best. Took me time to find a MD that actually listened and cared about me as a person. Any chance I get I refer people here.
All the support staff I have met, have been great. Laura, the phlebotomist, is amazing. Had to do blookwork and I didn't even feel the needle stick. She is a pro!
