Brandy, the owner of Austin Skin and Wellness is wonderful! She takes time to explain things and answer questions. Her work is meticulous, and she cares about all of her patients so much! I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Let's be real, I didn't know how much of an improvement to my face/skin I should expect (previous MedSpa experience was usually for a one off like massage...which i've had many appointments). I mean I didn't really even wash my face but for the shower, but knew as I am getting older it was probably smart to figure out what the buzz was about with MedSpas & Hydrafacials...I'm pleasantly surprised! After consistently going based on April's treatment plan, I'm really seeing a difference in my skin. I remember after the first time I was sort of expecting some like immediately perfect skin, but April helped me understand how we progress and add on to this. Long story short - I don't bug her with the "which one of these face wipe thingys goes first and when do I apply the tube one...LOL" Yeah I really didn't know a bit.

Safe to say I'm a now a lifer! Feeling better about my routine and in control of the quality of my face. We're adding different types of treatments depending on my progress and April's recommendations. I can say I trust and rely on her...and feel comfortable even as a newbie, asking what I think are pretty basic questions.

I normally don't post this much at length, but it's been a while since I've felt connected to a business like this. These are awesome people looking to give you the right recommendations and help you feel better. Thank you all for being so welcoming and caring. You're the best!

This place is top notch!

AS&W is my go-to for all things for my skin. Facials are incredible, the skin care lines are top notch, and everyone here is so friendly, kind, and extremely talented. I am on their monthly VIP plan and look forward to my treatment each month. If you are looking for the best hydrafacial with dermaplane- look no further. But really, every treatment I have done here is incredible. My mom comes in every time she is in town because she loves it too. Brandi and her team are just THE BEST!

I cannot recommend Brandi and all the staff at AS&W enough! I’ve had several treatments there from Botox to facials to Cool Sculpting and EmSculpt, and I’ve been so happy with my results. When it’s time one day to get fillers, Brandi is the only person I would trust with that. I’ve seen her work and it’s so natural! She never goes overboard and is very specific about where and how she administers Botox and Fillers. Plus she’s just a great person - so is Allie at the front desk!

For my first time having any fillers, I had a great experience with Rachael. She was great by explaining and doing the injections. I will definitely go back to Rachael. Everyone was so nice and professional. I then decided to get my eyebrows micro bladed by Morgan. I LOVE my eyebrows. Morgan did a fantastic job.

Brandi is absolutely incredible! She eased ALL my all my concerns with getting my first injections at age 37, and she continues to give me the most natural looking results to age gracefully and look like a well rested youthful version of myself. She is completely honest with you, and will never advise you to do more than you need. I could not recommend her more, you will be BEYOND pleased each and every visit you have with her. She is so gentle handed, you barely feel a pinch when she is doing her injectable treatments. She has more experience than any other provider I have have researched, I would go so far to say she is the BEST in the business.

Brandi is simply the best aesthetician in the business. I have been using her services for 20+ years. She has a great eye for which treatments are needed to look your best and is appropriately conservative, so you always look natural. She does intensive research and training before bringing on new treatments. We call her "Dr. Brandi". :-)

I have gone to Brandi for years now and even followed her from her prior employer when she launched Austin Skin & Wellness. What I love most is that she has a great eye for what looks natural versus just trying to push unnecessary procedures on her clients. It's an art, not a science, to what to do (and not do) to get the best result.
