Clean and perfectly functional. Reception service was awesome, doing the extra mile to make sure we are happy. You don't get this at this price point, actually you don't get this at much more expensive places.

I showed up at 10pm all the stores were closed just in from Texas off the plane for a new job, when I told the front desk attendee that I was hungry where was the nearest restaurant he proceeded to tell me everything was closed he saw the disgust in my eyes because I haven't eaten nothing all day 20 minutes after coming into my room I hear a knock on my door here is this attendee standing there with a bag of food from his own icebox his own pantry I didn't ask him to bring me a BB yet he found it in his heart to help a whole hungry guy out and for that there is true and loving soul still left on earth thank God for that man cuz I'm fat full thank you boy

I work away from home every week and have stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years and I can tell you this is a great place to stay. It's comfortable and clean. Most important it is so quiet there. You'll get good rest.
The staff is very friendly as well. Cannot say enough good about my experience there.

Not sure why alot of people are writing bad reviews and saying they didn't stay here. I can tell you, I have stayed here over 20 times. The owners are nice, rooms are clean, area is doesn't have scumbags around it. Quiet area Don't listen to these other reviews. You can book online, or book in person. The prices are damn reasonable. If you're not happy then go stay somewhere else.

I’m a traveling solar tech and during my 3 week stay I didn’t encounter any problems. The employees are great, quiet area, no loitering seen nearby, and great food at the two nearby bars (7-10 minutes walking).

A bit off the beaten path but worth it for value and cleanliness if you need a place to crash.
Very well maintained single story motel. Extremely clean, quiet little place. Not lavishly furnished or modernized, but table, desk, night stands, chairs, carpet were all functional, not beat up with water rings or cigarette burns. Bed and linens were good quality, soft, white, and inviting.¹⁰

Cute very well maintained. And YES SUPER CLEAN to the point of brand new without the fumes. i.e. paint is fresh, white and perfect on all walls. P E R F E C T! I've been in luxury hotels and the paint job is always half hearted. NOT HERE.

Had a hard time finding an affordable place to stay for work, and I found it. This place is wonderful, nothing overly fancy but has everything you need for half the price of places around town...very clean, front desk manager could seem rude to some but I think he's just very adamant about having good guests that take care of his rooms, can't blame him. Really digging this place so far.

The D-Lux Budget Inn is a great place to stay.
The very 1st thing I noticed is how clean it is. I can honestly say that this is the cleanest room I've ever stayed in and I've been traveling full time for over 10 years.
The room is affordable, it has a micro-fridge and a nice flat screen TV mounted on the wall, it is spacious and has a nice closet area, the shower is hot and has great water pressure and the bed is comfortable. The heater and Wi-Fi work great.
It is a safe and secure area. It is very quiet.
It's family owned and operated. The owners and staff are very friendly and take great pride in this property. They work hard everyday on the appearance and upkeep of the property.

This property is a rare find and I hope I get the pleasure of staying again in the future.

I hardly ever leave reviews but this place deserves it because it’s a very nice place to stay - really quiet & clean - nice people who own it...they are really friendly. I recommend this place to anyone traveling. Don’t believe all the negative reviews you see on here...I travel all over the Country for work & this place is great...I would not stay if it wasn’t!

Well I just got here and so far so good it was along trip from Texas. It is a lovely area so many pine trees and birds.
I gentleman was nice at the booth was very nice he does have an accent but did empathize with me and got me to my room promptly.
My room is beautiful I mean clean did not smell of stailness , sheets and everything was clean.....unlike most places, well stocked...I'd imagine he treats his house keepers well because of how well kept the place is and a tip does go along way........
The area is nice too you are not far from 2 gas stations and Baskin Robbins/ dunkin donuts, CVS, and a few restaurants bUT about 15 from the citco refinery.
now this is only day 1 so wI'll keep you udated

I was quite surprised very clean.

No mater what some people say about this place, I loved it, place was very clean, the flowerbeds were clean , no trash on the property no trashy people. The owner was as nice as can be.

I traveled in for a wedding and had an excellent stay here. The owner gave me a room without any problem. The room was affordable and very clean. If i travel back to Lemont, I would stay here again.

This is a neat, friendly and beautiful motel that's friendly with your budget. The flowers are blooming, the staff is amassing, I really enjoyed staying here.

Lemont is a great town with nice restaurants! Only 25 mins away from downtown Chicago! The D-Lux Budget Inn is the best place to stay at! The rooms are clean, the staff is very nice and the price is perfect!

This place is not only exceptionality Clea but has a warm and peaceful Arora to it I would highly recommend this place over all of the big chains that is available,, hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did
