I cannot say enough about how great Dr.Garrett and Jobi’s are! I have been a patient for 3.5 years and I feel very lucky to have providers in my life that take time to take care of me and my daughter. I like that Dr. Garrett is up to date on knowledge but also welcoming of your own ideas on your health. He doesn’t push anything on you and always listens. I don’t think I’ve ever had an appointment under 30mins and that makes me feel attended to and looked after. I highly recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Garrett has always been there for me when I’ve needed him. He genuinely cares about the good health of his patients. He is great for giving advice about achieving good health over the long-term. He stays up to date on modern medical studies and drug trials. Austinites are lucky to have Direct MD as an option.

Dr Garrett provides a very unusual, convenient, and high level concierge doctor service for a great price. My family has been under his care for years, and I recommend Dr. Garrett to many people.

Dr Garrett has literally spent 2hrs talking with me when needed. Compare that to 5 min in normal doctor offices!

I am so happy with my decision to join Direct MD. It's going on two years. It's easy to get in and I always feel that Dr. Garrett really takes his time and listens. I really feel we address my health issues together. Jobie is great too!

The best medical experience in Austin!
If you are looking for a concierge medical experience then I would highly recommend Direct MD Austin. Dr Linebarger is not only knowledgeable and capable, she is kind and empathetic. Jobie excels at running the front office and is amazingly responsive even after hours. This is NOT your typical doctor office experience, this is the equivalent of having your own private medical staff.

Dr. Carol Ann Linebarger took me on as a new patient. She spent 45mins-1hr getting to understand me, my health goals and my medical history. She is personable, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I seldom (if ever) see this quality of care. I'm going to stay her patient as long as I live in Austin. This practice is carnivore-friendly.

Jobi, the assistant that tends the front desk is so pleasant and professional also. An all-round fantastic experience.

I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Garrett and his practice. I love his business model but, more than that, the quality of his care and interest in your well being is second to none. Under is advice and counsel I have lost 50 lbs in the last four years...
