Andy was great to work with on figuring out my water softener issues. Took the time to fully explain everything and answered all my questions. I called and he was out the next day to inspect my old water softener, explained why it wasn’t working properly (38 yrs old), and going thru over 5 bags a month. Gave me a quote and when I called him back in a couple hrs he immediately set me up for a new one the next day.
Very friendly and so easy to talk with. He took his time explaining everything and expressed that if I had any questions or concerns to please call him.

Andy came over and fixed my water softener in 10 minutes and showed me what to look for in the future. He also installed an iron filter to remove the iron and sulfur smell from my water. For the first time since I've lived here, the tap water tastes delicious. Andy is honest and will take things one step at a time to try to resolve your water quality issues without overselling you on a replacement system when it isn't needed.

Andy's installed a new water softener in our summit township home. Service was quick and they took away our very old softener that sat unused in our basement for years. The new one works great! I had a couple questions about 2 weeks after install. I appreciate that when you call you get to speak directly to Andy. He knows water softeners and stands by his work. Great local service! A little over a year ago, Andy replaced our ancient non-working water softener. I appreciated his professionalism and efficiency in getting the new softener installed. When recently I had a question about how the softener was functioning, Andy made a service call (on the same day I phoned!) and assured me that all was well (even ran a few "diagnostic" tests) and didn't charge me for his time. Grateful for his service.

Andy came to our house to look at our softener that another local company said needed to be replaced. Andy replaced one small part and recycled the softener and now it is working fine. Recently moved to the area and had a "get by" waterboss inside the home. Well this did not do the trick with how hard our water is. Called Andy and he was able to come out that day to look at the softener. He was very informative with what is needed for such water. The next day he was able to install a much better system for us and in a timely manner. I would recommend Andy to just about anyone. I purchased a GE water softener in 2010 from Andy's. Since that time there have been a few issues with the softener related to Summit Township water. Andy far exceeded my expectations for service of my softener, especially in view of the nature of the problems and the age of my purchase.
