Awesome food, incredible experience. The ribeye steak was perfectly seasoned and prepared. The chicken Parmesan tasted great. Reasonable prices and service with a smile. The waitress even remembered us from our visit almost a year ago.

My 2 children and I drove over 5 hours to get the Franklin due to 81 being shutdown. There are not a lot of places to eat which is expected for a small town. My kids and I thought the food was great. The service was excellent and it has a great atmosphere. I would definitely eat here again.

Nice rooms think of it like an old boarding house style. But with nice comfy beds and beautiful furniture. I was arriving after they would be going home for the day so I got a pass code and was left a key for my room access. Nice quaint little town, And very friendly residents. The food was wonderful at the restaurant next door and I look forward to visiting the restaurant here in the future. I recommend making a reservation at least a couple days in advance, and not counting on just showing up and catching someone. Will definitely be a frequent visitor when I'm passing through with work.

They were excellent in accommodating us on very short notice. We were very impressed with the room and the restaurant. The rooms were spaciuos. The staff were very friendly, service on point. Franklin, WV is a very small town and it's right on Main St over looking the road and the 3 hardware stores and Drug store.

Went to the breakfast buffet for my first visit, today, with a group of five hungry rock climbers.

Great service from a friendly staff, the food came quickly and all together, and every order was perfect.

While the decor may not thrill PETA members, and the menu might not thrill vegans, it is authentic to the area. Franklin was founded in the late 1700s, long before bandwagon diets or crowd-sourced ethics got in the way of good eating.

The crowd that filled the place is a testimony to the food and service. Very family friendly.

Prices are comparable to any other decent eatery. Plenty of parking at curbside and across the street.

The wife and I really like this place. We plan our grocery trips from Monterey to Franklin around either late breakfast or early lunch here. The prices are low and portion sizes are generous. The food always tastes great. And, the staff is friendly. We've never had reason to criticize anything.

The food is very good and cooked perfectly. Very nice selection on the menu. They have a small salad bar. Staff is friendly and quick to fill your cup.

This is an AWESOME HOTEL !!! The rooms are so nice. Cozy and feels like you are staying down here. I totally loved it. If you ever need to stay over in Franklin,WVA stay there. I highly recommend this hotel 👍👍👍👍👍

Great beef on Friday night dinner. Nice to see a salad bar with beets and sunflower seeds.

Good food, REALLY good sweet tea. Wish they were open more often. Be sure to check their website for operating hours before you get your heart set on eating here...

They're not open much, but when they are, they're the best place to eat in Franklin.
