I have been a loyal customer of Ability Septic for over 20 years. Whenever I call them, they always arrive on time and provide great dependable service. I would not anyone else to provide this service. They are great and reliable pros.

Ability Septic, and Melissa in particular, were great to work with. We wanted to move our septic field to build a pool - they helped us through the permit process and did a great job with the move. As with any large job, there were a couple of unexpected challenges, but their customer service was exceptional. They kept me informed throughout and were very quick to resolve any challenges.

I had a flooded basement from a broken pipe at the foundation of the house from “settling.” I had 2 different companies out- who replaced various parts at $1500- which did not fix the problem. One company quoted $15k to dig up the yard. Ability at a very dedicated expert who fixed it for $4k. Definitely recommend!!!

I had to have old plumbing replaced from the foundation of my house out to the septic tank. Big job and a big mess but These guys were amazing! Did a great job!

Justin and Nick were great! We expected them around 12, and Justin kept us updated all morning on their estimated arrival.

We had to have a our septic pipe (cast iron) replaced from inside foundation to the tank.

Once exposed Justin took the time to explain what and where it went wrong, and why they were doing what they were doing.

They did an excellent job cleaning up, and even saw nick sweeping our driveway. They took their boots off every time entering the house, even though we never asked. I hope I don’t have to, but we will definitely use them

Have used Ability Septic for years now. Always very professional and knowledgeable. Had to replace the leach field drain supply line they had it dug out and replaced in one day. I recommend Ability Septic when a neighbor ask who dose your septic. Top notch outfit.

Ability helped us out quickly when our septic tank was causing issues. They answered the phone on a Sunday and had someone out within hours to pump the tank. They were later able to diagnose and resolve what was causing the backup. We were incredibly grateful for their promptness and capable employees!

Thank you so much to Kevin, Dean, and Mike Jr for replacing our main septic line. They took the time to figure out the exact scope of work in order to fix our ongoing issues, and they worked with diligence and in good spirits in spite of the rain and the challenging nature of the job. Ability was prompt, professional, and helpful from start to finish. We highly recommend this company, especially this team.

We had some issues with our septic and they ended up sending someone out late in the day. Can't thank them enough! Everyone was friendly and so very helpful.

Our septic tank had a back-up due to the iron pipe from the house to the tank breaking down over 50 years. The backup occurred in the middle of winter. Additionally, the old concrete tank was starting to breakdown. Ability Septic had cleared the backup, but the pipe and septic tank would need work in a few years. We decided to replace both the deck, the old septic tank and the pipe from the house to the new tank.
With the trust they build handling that immediate issue, I contract them and got what I think was a very good price to do the work.Things were complicated with me having to having cancer surgery and starting radiation treatment. The different people at Ability Septic were a great help working through the permitting and scheduling. The DuPage EPA required us to replace our tank with a new one that was 3 times bigger than the old one. When they dug up the old tank and checked where the ComEd cable was buried they discovered that the new tank had to be buried in the middle of the backyard. A lot more work then planned. The installation people from Ability just worked through each issue as they arose. They has a lot of clear-up to remove a massive amount of rocky clay soil because the new tank was so much bigger.
Bottom line: Ability Septic help to work the many problems that we en-counted in a professional way.

We had a emergency with a septic backup on a Sunday - they sent their lead tech Jared out to us in under 1 hour. He immediately handled our problem, and also gave us great advice on how to best maintain our older septic system. Service was fantastic all around, and I highly recommend their service. Jared definitely knows what he is talking about!
