I was in this office on Wednesday and the staff was great, very caring loved the atmosphere. Dr Thomas and Jenn made a great team while I was in the chair. They worked great together. Even with their limited availability their more then welcome to work around your schedule. Hope to be long time patient.

Love this office so much! Employees are phenomenal and always willing to do what is needed to make you comfortable and relaxed! It has a great family atmosphere. 10/10

I had my wisdom teeth removed here. In general I’d say I’m a very anxious person so I was scared when I came in to have the procedure, but to my surprise it was all very calm and easy, the dentist is very nice and reassuring she knew how to handle my anxieties and was very professional and the tech was very nice to! They stopped and listened when I said something was painful and added more lidocaine the process was generally painless and I will be coming back to them for all of my dental cleanings and procedures! Really great Bedside manner, and I didn’t feel judged at all about my teeth which is always nice when it’s an insecurity overall this place is a 10/10 :)

I’ve been a patient with Graceful smile a few months. I’m so happy I switch dentist. The comfort level of the dentist and staff make you feel at ease. Always a great experience when stepping through the door!!

Amazing place. Nicest dentist I've ever seen and all around a great atmosphere. I can't stress enough how nice and professional and compassionate the dentist is. They don't take my insurance so it's all cash, but I still plan on returning there for any work that I need done.

Cold is not a word you would use to describe the graceful smile dental, not the staff, nor the chairs,or even the toilet seats. At the graceful smile you don’t get a dentist. You get an entire staff dedicated to your face! Let me explain……

First of all there is Dr Sarah Alnaimi ( go ahead and call her Doc…we all do.) She is an amazing dentist. She is gental, warm, and a bit of a perfectionist. (How we got blessed with her I’ll never know.) She is supported by Kelly who is my Dental Assistant/ therapist. When you are getting the smile that you want, but don’t have yet, it can be difficult and painful for you. The Dental Assistants at the graceful smile know this and are there for you. Finally, there are the women behind the counter……

Have you ever had to discuss financial difficulty regarding an expensive procedure to a college student that only reads you policy? That is cold. That is cold because sometimes the dentist has to meet you part way. The Graceful Smile is not like that. The women behind the counter are knowledgeable and supportive and deal with you staright and honest.

I’ve been a patient with the Graceful Smile Dental since 2018. I’ve undergone some of the most expensive and painful procedures. This is my experience.

8-19-19 -- Jen V., Hygienist, and Dr. Zhang, were very thorough and gentle. Every step was explained throughout the appointment. Both Professionals I saw today were very gentle and I would definitely recommend The Graceful Smile Dental!!!

8-29-19 -- A second appointment and everything went well. Dr. Zhang and her assistant Kelly, were always mindful of how I was feeling during the procedure. All questions were answered and little to no discomfort after!

I had a wonderful dental experience with dr. Natalie horn. The whole process was amazing. I had been in a lot of pain for two weeks until I called for an appointment. They didn’t really have time to get me in quick but they made it happen anyway. And after my appointment she called me to make sure I was not in pain anymore. I’ve never had a dr. Or dentist call and check on me. I’m so grateful for choosing whole body and mind dentistry.

My husband and I are new to Milan and Michigan as of the end of January 2020, and are so glad to have found a dental practice so close to our home likeThe Graceful Smile. We received a welcome letter earlier in the year, and we both had great first appointments yesterday. Thank you.

Excellent and EXTREMELY qualified professionals. Dina is one of the best dentist I've had in the 40 years of going to dentists. They listen, understand, advise, and do excellent work. Highly recommended.

The dental hygienists at Graceful Smile Dental are incredibly friendly and optimistic when I take my entire family for their routine visits. They are are up-to-date and work interdisciplinary with the doctor and support staff. The entire atmosphere of the office is friendly and helpful for scheduling, insurance authorization and reminders. I enjoy the convenience of being able to text for rescheduling purposes, and reminders. Dr. VanBeck is incredibly knowledgeable and informative. He doesn't make you feel rushed when creating your plan of care. Additionally he is bilingual, speaking Spanish; my son who is 9, is in an immersion program and speaks Spanish; this created a very special visit. He is great with children and sensitive patients with multiple co-morbidities. They are knowledgeable and follow through on their plan of cares. They refer out when appropriate instilling confidence and creating dynamic doctor-patient relationship.

Dr Horn of Meridian Dentistry has amazing patience. For anyone suffering from dental anxiety fear. This is the place for you. My daughter is overcome by anxiety and fear from past experiences, the Staff was extremely patient, and through the use of special techniques was able to relax her and complete the necessary procedure.

I have had both regularly scheduled checkups with Dr. Naser as well as an emergency visit for a broken tooth, and in both instances she has given me wonderful care. I highly recommend her practice.

Very nice staff. I always had anxiety from the dentist. I made them aware of it and they always make me feel calm while being here.

Everyone was very friendly and professional, and the appointment itself was an efficient as possible. The covid procedures put in place helped ease my mind and made me feel safe during the appointment.
