Nice place, but loading slowly then usually... Requirements for trailers condition are highest! I got reject about nails on the floor from previous customer. After I fix it - I got my load. But lost 7 hours.

I had good experience, I saw the reviews before I get there, and everyone was complaining. but, I checked in 30 min before my appointment. It was pretty good, they unload me in a timely manner. They’re Truck friendly, clean restrooms and great people 💯👍

Receiving the day before my appointment, very fast unloading from checking in to leaving less than 45 min. Thank you.

Not sure what's up with these negative reviews but my experience was GREAT! I arrived 35 minutes past my appointment time and was assigned a dock immediately! Within 45 minutes I was loaded and ready to roll..

Good experience I have delivery appointment 12/8/22 at 18:00 check at 17:30 and have a door after check and they finish unloaded at 18:25 out 18:30 .. full louded trailer .good company

Loaded 30 min after appointment start. Nice employees.

Checked in 1hr early at 6pm for a 7pm appt. In and out in 45mins and others in dock doors were loaded and/or unloaded just as quickly.

Delivery and pick up strictly by appointment time, washroom near check in office, opens at 7 am, there use to be parking at curb side near receiving door, now there is construction going on.

Loaded in 1.5 hr. Appointment only. Do not.come earlier.

Again delivery and get door 30 min before appointment

Quick loading, 7 pm apt, 7pm checked in, 8 pm loaded, pkenty of room, clean restrooms.. you have to aproach the gate close to open it, driver check in is near Dock 8

4 pm appt got here 15 min before. Out at 5:40. Not bad

By appt only! Up to 30 mins. Restrooms inside. No overnight parking. 2hr or more load time

Came here for delivery checked in at 1pm out by 1:48pm good luck everyone

Always seem to get me unloaded in less than 2 hrs. I show up on time.

I guess I was lucky 1500 appointment checked in at 1400 and out with load 1450.

Terry was very helpful in giving me directions and staying in phone until I got there. Thanks Terry for being professional & patient.

I give you five star, Evening time supervisor is very nice person and receiving department very nice

PU appt was for 13:00 arrived at 15:00 out at 16:20.
