Firehouse Subs Charles Pointe

Really great location! We are traveling and stopped in at 3pm. The staff was very nice, it was clean and had a great atmosphere/decor. The food was fresh and delicious. They had the best gluten free sandwich bread option I have had! Also it looks like they just donated around 470k to the West Virginia fire department for safety equipment at the beginning of the year. I really appreciate charitable businesses. All around great experience!

Love going for subs when we are in the area. Each purchase supports local firefighters! I had the chicken and dumpling soup. This is thick, hearty, and so warming for a cold rainy day- so good. Meat ball sub was very good. Just the right amount of sauce. The store is very clean. There are items of firefighting equipment to entertain the budding fireman/ woman in your family. I wish we had one in Buckhannon!

Placed an office order of 13 subs. The app wasn't working, so had to call them in. Staff was incredibly polite and efficient. Subs were made perfect to order and numbered for convenience of handing them out.

Haven't been here in a while, but this trip was the best we've ever had there! There were 4 workers working, the food was the best I've eaten there, store was clean, amazing customer service. We left them each a 10.00 tip. I'm upset I didn't get names. But it's 7/31/22 we were there right before 1:30-2pm. I hope the manager sees this and gives them the praise they deserve!!!

I've been here a few times and ordered from inside the store and via the mobile app. The folks here are definitely on top of their game. The food is always made correctly, and the employees provide great customer service. Even when I am coming in to just grab my order, they make it a point to actually say hi and bye. I point this out specifically because when you normally come into a store to pick up an online/mobile order, no one is usually trying to pass along a greeting. It's the small things and that attention to detail that really lets me know that there is a good focal point by which this business is ran.

Firehouse subs never disappoints. If I'm not sure where I want to eat and there is a firehouse sub nearby I know that the food will taste great and in the many times I've went to one I haven't run into a mean or rude employee. They are usually really prompt at getting your order done even when they are in the middle of a busy time of day.

I LOVE this place! My most recent visit on July 1st was outstanding. The younger blonde boy with glasses went above and beyond to help me from beginning to end!

Haven't had a bad sub here yet. Crew is always friendly and they get it to you fast. If you like your subs toasted give them a try. They have plenty of different subs to choose from.

I have been to Philly and have had Pat and Gino's cheese steaks. Yes, they are really good and the hype is real. The cheese steak sandwich here is almost as good as the real thing.

Fantastic!!! Good value, and the bread is fantastic!!! Very knowledgeable staff, and quick...even during lunch!!! The Italian was great!!! Love it! Wish they had one here in Beckley WV!

Best subs in town. I have to eat here atleast once a week.
