Mike and his team are great. Took my 2017 Ram in for some work and they not only did a great job but they saved me money. The knowledge and integrity is what you want in a mechanic. Veteran owned, operated and employed. Nothing better in the area.

What amazing service. My roommates windshield wipers quit work on her after our last snow, and we were referred to this shop by another one. He went above and beyond what he needed to. And, even after the first visit didn't fix the issue, he made it right, and the pricing was very fair for the amount of work he had to do. They won our service from that day forward

had an unexpected problem with my sun roof and it wouldn’t close, so after calling so many mechanics if they could squeeze me in for a short notice no one could take me. I called Full Circle Auto Service and Micheal was so great and took me in within a short notice. Both him and his father were all smiles and even offered me coffee while I was waiting. I left my car and were able to fix my problem within 2-3 hours. I was very pleased with how great the customer service interaction was and how understanding both Michael and his father were of my unexpected situation. It was also very reasonably priced. Definitely will be coming back for their mechanic services !

Full Circle Auto Service provided excellent communication and did not try and sell me anything I didn’t want! They tried as best as they could to be fair and were quick to resolve my problem. Being my first time trying an auto shop, I felt like I could trust them with my vehicle after this experience. They really try and work with you, they have an engine display in their lobby to show you what is going to get replaced and why if you’re new to cars, they have a long standing record with the community, and they even have other displays to show you what to look for as for preventative maintenance! These are good people running a business, it’s not corporate owned and they won’t push you to buy things that you don’t need. They take a lot of pride in their work too and value your time. Honest and fair just like it should be! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you guys!

Carlos and Mike are great. They do quality work. I had a new engine put in my truck plus some other work and the truck came out running great. I've put over 5000 miles on the engine and no issues. There was one issue with a new ac compressor but they handled it quickly and were very friendly and nice about it. I would recommend them to anyone. They are great. They always have a smile even when I know they have to be busy and frustrated but they still come out with a smile. We need more businesses with their attitude and work ethic.

Michael and the rest of his team at Full Circle Auto are amazing!! Despite being busy and having a large client roster, they always try to get my vehicles in and back to me in a timely fashion!! They do an amazing job at fixing my vehicles and of finding me good deals on the parts and labor associated with the work being done. They also try their best to get my vehicles fixed in a timely manner and back to me at their earliest availability. I couldn't ask for a more dedicated group of mechanics to handle my vehicle maintenance needs!! Please give them a shot and go see Michael Perez and the rest of the staff at Full Circle Auto... I can't say enough about Full Circle Auto! They squeezed me in for an estimate, which was very precise and detailed and Mike did an excellent job about explaining details and providing me options. Easy to schedule the work and had great communication. Was even more surprised with I picked up the car as they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The best customer service I have seen in a long time and my car rides so much better. I highly recommend this family owned/run shop!

After moving around for 34 years (military) it was nice to FINALLY find an auto service that we can trust and appreciate. We always felt as if we were the priority and never had to wait very long for repairs or an oil change. These guys are absolutely amazing! My car overheated and ended up being towed to this shop. They were able to get my car in and out within about 24 hours! They were also super reasonably priced. Mike is a real gem!

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Full Circle for about 6-7 years now. This family owned business does a great job, stays in contact with you, offers rides to your home and from the garage in case you are in need of help while waiting, and they are clear with the problems they encounter. I especially appreciated the models and pictures they provided to help walk me through a power steering leak I had in my van. They are honest and hard workers. One time I even brought in my car due to a check engine light, they looked and drove it a few times and didn't find anything and sent me home without worrying about a payment. They also offer discounts for military families (they are a military family that settled in O'fallon) and make you feel like you belong. I've not been to too many car places like that!

I took my 14 year old vehicle into Full Circle, I have never used their business before but knew I needed attention given to my car. I assumed an alignment would be required but uncertain as to what else may be found. After a thorough diagnosis I was given a precise description of what was needed to ensure my vehicle was safe for work commute. The staff was friendly, respectful, and dedicated to their work. Full Circle has a new customer for any of my future automotive mechanical needs and highly suggest others to utilize this local, family-owned business.

The dealership suggested we do maintenance work on our vehicle based on mileage (without an inspection) that would've cost us over $1200. Carlos & Mike did an inspection for free, checking off the list from the dealership & beyond. In the end we did only what was NEEDED & spent only $470. The inspection was sent to us online with pictures & descriptions. It was very informative & easy to read. They said our car was in excellent condition & told us what should be next on our list to keep the car going. Will be taking our second car next week for the same inspection. Thank you Carlos & Mike for your honesty, knowledge & great service!

Carlos, Mike, Roy and the gang are awesome. Their focus on integrity and quality customer service is what makes me keep coming back. I was telling Carlos earlier this week that I would normally trust someone off of Craigslist before going to a mechanic, but not the case with Full Circle. I trust Carlos and his team. I know they aren't going to sell me on a job just so they can make a few bucks. They literally looked at my car for two hours on Monday trying to find the cause for my car not starting earlier in the day; they could not find the root cause. They informed me of that, and told me to come back when it happens again, and they would do their best to find out what is going on. Any other mechanic would have told me that my fuel pump was bad, or that my crankshaft sensor needed to be replaced. Not these guys, though. They have integrity, and I appreciate that. They're also another local, small town business that I like supporting. I hate spending money on my car, but if it's going to go to somebody, I'm glad it's them. Keep up the good work!

Roy was awesome. I had two tires mounted and balanced on two wheels and Full Circle was extremely accommodating. Their price for this service was incredibly fair. Unfortunately it turned out that one of my wheels ended up being bent, but Roy went out of his way to take a video of the damage, text it to me, and then give me an in-depth explanation of the issue. Thanks for the great service!

I bought my car second hand and started noticing that my struts were making an awful noise every time I hit a bump or went up an incline, so I decided to look around for repair shops to work on it. I’m new to the area and didn’t know where to go right off. I didn’t want anything corporate, and preferred family owned and operated. I found Full Circle online and saw that they had high ratings. I called Mike and told him what was going on. Took it in to get it looked at, and priced to fix it. Turns out the struts were bad, which was causing my shocks as well as my tires to go bad. Although there was a lot more wrong with it than I had originally thought, I’m very glad I got it all corrected. Mike was very polite and told me straight up what I needed to do. Along the process of fixing my car, he took pictures of everything and texted them to me to make sure I understood exactly what he was doing.
Overall, I am very pleased with the awesome customer service and the flexibility to work with my schedule. I would defiantly recommend Full Circle.

2010 Toyota Corolla taken to shop due to starting issues. Exceptional and friendly staff who are concerned with taking care of their customers. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and courteous. They kept me regularly updated on the status of my vehicle. Most importantly they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and did not try and did not try and take advantage of me financially and looked for the cheapest solution. I had to wait a little bit due to the supplier shipping the wrong part but everything worked out.
