Sam's Pizza

Absolutely the best pizza I've ever had (with extra cheese) and I'm from Chicago. FYI though if you order the biggest size they have you will not fit it in your Chevy Spark.

Amazing food great service very welcoming funny and kind and good price for the best pizza I've had was running it himself when I went in!!

My husband and I were visiting the area and wanted to find something that was unique to the town, we came upon Sam's while walking around downtown it smelled amazing from the outside we had to try them out! We had such fun time visiting with the owner and family and the pizza was so delicious that you won't be able to go to a chain without knowing that it won't ever taste as good as Sam's :) If we're ever in the area again I'll definitely be stopping in! (We had the deep dish pepperoni, mushroom and extra cheese/Hawaiian)

First time customer and I loved it . Everything about the pizza is extra that really isn't necessary to make it a good pie . Very generous w/ the cheese and toppings . Excellent homemade taste to the crust . I carried out but the place is clean and very quaint / authentic. Sam actually waited on me and he's super friendly he's been doing this 51 years since he was a boy .

Loved, Sam's Pizza, the salad was off the chain, went back twice. The beef roll!!! Will be back for that also!!! The cook was excellent and loved his shirt!!!

For all the people who close down the bars it's a great place to eat. It's magical. The anti-hangover properties are unmatched. Who cares if it takes an hour. It's worth the wait. In my opinion there is no other beef roll in town. It'd be nice if they went back to the paperbag pizza container. So, let's get drunk and order Sam's Pizza. Tonight.

Been in Morris a thousand times and never heard of this place. Fantastic pizza highly recommend stopping in. Hell Sam gave me the remote so I could watch the game. Very good

My family needed someplace to stop late for dinner. Sam’s did not disappoint. I’ve lived in the area for over 40 years and I’m sad I missed out on this place! Great food, fun, quirky little restaurant. LOVE that it’s open so late. Loved Sam. My kids said he’s like the grandpa they’ve never had. :) we will most certainly be back.

Sam's has always been a favorite of my family's. The food is great, the atmosphere is relaxing & like being at home and Sam is very personable & treats people like family. Being the only pizza place open late makes it the perfect place for a late night stop. Thanks for always being there Sam.

Best pizza I have ever had!!! We were looking for a late night restaurant and saw this one on line....so glad we did!!!! The desserts were great too!!! We will be back whenever we are in town!!

I was a 1st time customer & I'll definitely be returning in the near future the owner Sam is very courteous and down to earth he made me feel like I was invited to his home to eat his hospitality is full of life character and sincere about you I completely understand why he's a staple for Hometown of Morris,IL he's been cooking fresh pizza since 1985 and with 36 years of service and pleasing people with his bright personality he'll be long revered after he passes onto the next form of existence I really enjoyed my food the environment and his hospitality bar none he's an example upon how society should treat one another

I met Sam last weekend, he was so kind and friendly. He suggested a special pizza to me and here I am again.

Went in relatively late and ordered a lot of food. Want filling and help sobering up? Get a beef roll with Giardinara. Its like a beef pie of a pizza. Ordered that and cheezy garlic bread and fries. Owner will make sure you are satisfied above and beyond.

There are a few video gambling machines and they have bottle beer here.

Sam's is a classic. If you enjoy a bit of a meatier sauce, a bit more of a flatbread-style or a tad bit of a crackery crust like myself, this is the place to order. Great staff and food.
