I went to get fitted for a wedding. They did a great job guiding me through the process! Overall they made me feel comfortable and anytime the younger gentleman was not certain he was not afraid to get assistance from his coworker! I really appreciated that he wanted to get it right and was not afraid to make sure! It was great! I would absolutely recommend!

My uncle needed nice clothes in a hurry for a funeral. Since he uses a wheelchair and there wasn't time to organize a van to take him shopping, I was shopping for him. Seth was so kind and helpful, even hemming a pair of clearance pants for us. I would highly recommend Men's Wearhouse in Wausau.

The worker there was very helpful very courteous, and it was a overall great shopping experience. I would definitely return. And would tell others to go there

At the Men’s Wearhouse in Wausau on October 17 around 4 PM, the lady that helped was an amazing help. She made the process quick easy and I was in and out if radio 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I rented a suit here and when I came to return it the location was closed. Temporary store hours sign in the window but the google listing said they would be open for another two hours. I live an hour from this location so I was frustrated and fearful of a late return fee. Shortly after I made a second trip and returned my suit. The staff and manager were very understanding of the kurfuffel and waived the $120 late fee.

Emilio and Tanya were great. If I lived in Wausau and needed something great to wear. I’d go back to them. Even though they were busy and short staff. They did an amazing job taking care of us.

We've been here twice and the employees did a good job taking care of my fiances wedding suit. Our first visit, one associate listened to what colors we wanted and even helped us pick out the perfect shirt that was so hot. The second visit, we wanted to get the pants tailored and Karen, we can see that shes working very hard and finding out that she is working on her day off to help people, wow. I give everybody credit for the extra hard work they're putting into, along with excellent customer service. I'll say it, everybody...The employees here know the importance of your upcoming special day so please have a better understanding. So, give them a second to catch up because they can't do everything at once. Like all of us, we can do one thing at a time.

Went in today on my lunch break, looking sweaty and dirty. Told them what I needed and they didn’t judge me and helped me out. The girl recommended a jacket for $139 and ordered my size. The man showed me the ties and I was in and out 15 minutes. Great service and I will be coming back 4/12/23 11:30am

I went to the Men’s Wearhouse Wausau location with my cousin and her fiancé to look for a tux for their upcoming wedding. Marquis was exceptionally helpful. He was able to find the groom exactly what we were looking for for their upcoming black tie formal wedding. Marquis was able to help with pricing, as well as get everything written down for the groomsmen to rent. For everything, it was $230, which we were very happy with. The entire time, we kept saying how easy the whole process was to rent. It was another wedding task checked off of the list & we truly believe it is because of Marquis’ knowledge and professionalism of the products/options. Thank you!

Andrew was helpful, very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make certain we were taken care of. We love our purchases! Lindsay in the tuxedo department was also super great to work with & so helpful, too! Amazing to shop with sales staff that have customer service skills, know their products & have a sense of humor. Great team at Men's Wearhouse!

My boyfriend and I went there for the first time last night looking for business clothing for an upcoming meeting he has. Melissa was so helpful and she continued to find the appropriate sizes in each color of pant he liked. She was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for business/casual wear!!! Thanks for all your help Melissa we are so appreciative of you!

Amazing staff that created a very comfortable atmosphere for me - someone that has only wore one suit in my life. They were able to accommodate 3 boys (ages 4 to 9) with their suit and tuxedo needs. I honestly couldn't be more impressed with my experience here.

I've waited far too long to write this review but here it is. I am so grateful to men's Warehouse and this branch of it In particular. I came in to have my honor guard uniform that needed to be retailored as I had lost quite a large amount of weight since the last time I needed to wear it. It was needed two days from that date and I knew it was a long shot but I had to try because it was worth it to those I was wearing it for. The staff understood that and took amazing care of me. They showed sympathy and gave their condolences which was most appreciated. They told me they would do the best they could to have this ready in time as I'm sure it was a tall order and I would not have faulted them in the slightest if they could not do it. They walked me through the process and it was set up to be picked up the next afternoon. I was a bit flustered with emotion and busy in needing things to do so I cannot remember the staff names that helped in particular but if I could I would list by name as recognition. I received a call that evening after the store had closed that my uniform would be ready to go and waiting for me as soon as the store opened in the morning. I was so grateful and ecstatic that it was done so quickly. When I arrived at the store the staff was incredibly helpful and the suit fit me perfectly like it did when I originally had it sized. The amount of care and attention to detail by all staff members was incredibly recognized and made me feel like such a valued customer. I would have to say that I don't go to men's Warehouse often because it is rare that I find myself in need of a suit or even a retailoring of one that I already own but because of this stores professionalism, punctuality and humanity I can say I will use them from here on out for any of my dressware and services that I need. Keep up the great work!

Always a great experience at this location. Everyone there is helpful and understanding. You'll get expert guidance and there is always a decent sale to take advantage of, especially if you get their emails. If you're ready to step up from department store suits, this is the place. Look sharp without paying a thousand dollars.

Wonderful experience! If you're not sure, ask questions. These guys are up-to-date on what goes together, fashion, and what works for you personally. I worked with Greg and really enjoyed his company while he help me pick out sizes and colors. After my buy one shirt get one shirt free, the Tailor came out and helped me tweak my shirts to be perfect for me. You don't have to spend a lot to get service that makes you feel like you're in Saks on Fifth Ave. I will be going back very soon to customize a suit and you can bet I will be working with Greg again. Thank you Men's Wearhouse for making me feel welcome! What a great experience! Goodbye Kohls!

This is a great place to buy clothes. Styles are on point, and the service is fantastic. I’ve worked with Andrew and Greg. Both are great. I always leave happy with and confident in my purchases. I won’t shop anywhere else when what I wear really matters.

I stopped in here for some emergency hemming/tailoring for a wedding. They were very friendly, extremely fast, and the quality of work was excellent. Who ever their tailor/semstress is should got a raise.
