Amazing group of people. Hard to get ahold of at times but in-person they can't be beat. Pete has been incredibly helpful for me and my family. The front desk are always polite and helpful. If you are a Veteran struggling to make due, need help with groceries, or other help, please reach out to them.

The best help you can get. Close enough that you can take public transportation and/or walk.

Most worthless group of people ever assembled besides red patchers in the USMC. I could have talked to the parking lot and got more help as a veteran your sight is just disrespectful I pray this place is shut down soon. No one in the VSO serves a purpose they only do it cause they can't get fired and they have zero goals or quota's to meet. We deserve more than this as veterans a complete waste of government money and my time and gas

Not very knowledgeable and seeing that I was hung up on not very skilled at customer service. What good are if you can't help veterans with the comp and pen process?

Absolutely terrible, been trying make an appointment for almost 4 months, calling and emailing for an appointment multiple times a week. Still nothing
