Swarovski City Creek Center

I’ve been to this location twice so far and have had a great experience each time. The employees are very helpful and kind in assisting you. I plan to return for further purchases :)

Loved this beautiful Jewelry the collections are amazing

I went in purchased some earrings. I liked them but did not realize until I got back to hotel that they would not work for me. I went back to the store the same day, a few hours later and returned the items for a refund. Now let me also state that I purchased this using a debit transaction, so the funds were immediately taken out. The sales person told me that the funds would be returned within 24 hours. I called back when funds were not returned. I was then told by another salesperson it would take 7-10 business days for the money to be returned. I then called corporate and was told 5-7 business days. You need to be honest with your customers and you all need to be trained on the same information

Shopping here is always mediocre. Especially compared to the other high-end shops at City Creek, these guys are just not up to par with their cohorts. Swarovski is Swarovski and so I'll buy what I'm going to buy. Unfortunately I think they know that, so we'll just have to deal, or shop online.

Don't bother to look. You won't find the store. Salt Lake's City Creek is a ghost town anyway. Can anywhere be as soulless as that place? Swarovski must have given up. No one (and there weren't many to ask) knew where to look.
