Trinity Health Urgent Care - Whitehall

My daughter (age 2) was ill. My husband and I were hoping it would just pass, but 2.5 days of fever, raspy voice and abnormal behavior took us to the urgent care in Whitehall. Neither my husband nor I expected the experience we had with this clinic or its staff. AMAZING; From the check in to release, I have never experienced such a visit to Urgent Care. The reception desk staff were courteous, caring and communicative with our needs. The care from the ancillary, nursing, and doctoral professionals was nothing less than phenomenal. My sick 2yo wasn’t very friendly! However, Every professional that came into contact with her was extremely compassionate, professional, knowledgeable. Even after my daughter was expertly examined, diagnosed, and discharged, every single staff member was incredibly warm and kind to all of us as we were leaving. We went immediately to the pharmacy the provider said they’d put it in at… zero issues. Expert care start to finish. Thank you (whole heartedly) to the entire staff at Trinity ❤❤❤

We're not local to this urgent care. On vacation my daughter spiked a temp and needed her ears checked for infection. Check-in was fast; we were in a room in 5 minutes with nurse. Doctor was in within 20 and we were out the door in 30 minutes. Quick urgent care for sure! DR was incredibly nice and very calm and reassuring for my anxious child.

I went to urgent care for my severe low back pain. It's a chronic condition with herniated discs. The staff and the DOCTOR, are the most empathetic and friendly staff I have encountered in any medical facility. My condition was treated with the utmost care. This is my new "go to" urgent care . (Even though, it a 30 minute drive).

Good service dealing with covid patients. I felt relivley safe and cared for by all staff. Even arranged other patients referrals and transfer to ER. Small town but alot to offer. I was impressed.

Good medical care . Definitely an Asset to our area in White Lake.

Staff friendly and very efficient. Doctors great with my son and truly care.

I got in relatively quick, and got out. Staff were professional, prompt and helpful.

Urgent Care- The MA Tiara was hasty, had an attitude, and in general lacked acceptable bedside manners for Trinity Health standards. She asked me the same question 3 times in a row because she wasn't listening to me. I could hardly get answers out before she would ask another question. It was more like an interrogation than anything. Working in the medical field myself in the past, I would hope she is provided with the coaching she needs to thrive in her position. Dr. Mitchell was phenomenal with answering questions and concerns and included me in my treatment plan. That is superior service. Great job.

I have went here since I was a kid. This place use to be very decent. Now people wait weeks to get in with there doctors. I have went there several times because they can't call back or send my referral next door to beacom chiropractic. Just got accepted at northern light doctor office.

Daughter got pink eye. Antibiotics drops for 10 days School needed form so they could administer medicine, both school and I called for 3-4 days to get them to fax back the paper. I went in person to drop it off at that point. Was told they would fax it. Never did. Not impressed I will go elsewhere now 👎🏻

Very curious as to why Trinity is losing doctors. I’ve lost mine and family and friends lost theirs as well. Makes you wonder. At this time no one is covering prescription refills and there are no openings with the other doctors on staff. I was given an appointment with an NP in June and now I find out she won’t be available until September. I feel like they’ve hung their patients out to dry

I’m giving one star because they did not take my Covid seriously. I told them that I had health problems that would possibly make this bad for me. And asked for Paxlovid, and was told they did not recommend it because in some people the symptoms come back after ten days. So I went home with nothing but a charge for visit. Then after 6 days I started coughing so hard I started vomiting. I go back to urgent care in Whitehall and they take a X-ray and now I have Covid and pneumonia. Now they give me something for the pneumonia and I ask for some for the bad cough. They act like they have no idea what they should give me. It took them 5 hours to figure it out with wallgreens. Oh ya and they charged me for the clown show!

Went in waited almost 2 hours total in a room waiting for doctors to come back, also was promised a doctors note for work was told to give them a call and they would fax it over. I called and they told me they don't feel comfortable giving me a doctors note even though they said they would.

Lack of communication between employees! Don’t depend on what anyone informs over the phone! When you arrive at this office, you may not receive the experience you were promised on the phone. Too bad for you!

Showed up before 8pm and turned away. Don't advertise certain hours if they don't matter.

Terrible management of the sign in sheet

there excuse was I didnt realize we wrote peoples name on the back of the sign in sheet

over an hour of waiting and could of been called 4 names earlier

if I wouldn't of said anything I would have never been called upon

up to 3hrs and still haven't been seen and no one will answer approximately how much longer
