I have had so many of my pants tailored here. They are great!

Don’t come here, the people are rude. I needed a bridesmaid dress altered and called for base pricing. The seamstress insisted she couldn’t give me a price unless she saw the dress in person, which is reasonable. After I arrived she put 6 pins in it (took her 2 min). Once she was finished, I told her I was going to try another place I had an appointment at and compare prices. At that point she turned her back to me and began working on a different project on her sewing machine and told me I “wasted her time” and “you should know how busy I am”. I asked what her price would be since she’s now seen the dress and she responded “No, I’m not doing it anymore” all while never looking up from her sewing machine and she refused to take the 6 pins out of my dress. I was in the place no longer than 10 minutes total.

Never ready when promised… I had a funeral to go to and was my sons only suit. Went to pick up and was not ready and they couldn’t give to me. They knew what he needed for…. The younger lady very unkind and unempathetic… I should have known because the time before my clothes were not ready either even though I came two days after they were promised. I thought for a funeral they would have cared more to be on time. I will never go back. The mom was always so kind… was a different place when she ran it😢

I came in with a $400 hoodie that was dry clean only to be cleaned, the only major dirt was a spot of alfredo sauce on the sleeve (a stain that could be removed with water and a rag if not for being dry clean only) I get it back and the sauce stain is there looking like it wasn't even touched. I'm not even sure if it was put in the machine. And the man there barely spoke English so I'm not even sure who I could've talked to
