Passing through on a short vacation when my truck (pulling a 5th Wheel camper) blew a transmission line. We we able to limp into Bredemann Ford but it was a Sunday and they were closed. We stayed overnight in their parking lot and waited for their service department to open the next morning.

The next morning when they opened at 6 a.m., my wife and I spoke with Mike Reyes, the Fleet Manager, and even though they had a busy schedule Mike got our truck in. Robert "Sheldon" their diesel tech diagnosed the issue, got the parts and repaired our truck.

We lost a day on our vacation, but as you can see in the picture, they got us to the campground.

The service manager Mike is attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. During my early morning service call, he guided me to the showroom where I could view the current models, and sales consultant John handed off to me the glossies for the "Transit Connect" and the "C-Max". The work I have elected to have done allows for me to use a loaner, so the C-Max is available for driving until the work is done and for now has taken a spot in the garage.

I was very pleased with the repairs I needed regarding a parts recall. Service staff were friendly and helpful.

This Ford dealership employees especially Chris Fanella were so nice, respectful, and helpful. They did not give me a hard time and actually listened to my concerns. I'd suggest this Ford dealership over golf mill ford to any and everyone.

Excellent customer service reps. I have my regular rep, but if ever she is unavailable, every other rep has treated me equally as well. The maintenance is consistent and reasonable. They have never "threatened" me with potential catastrophies if I don't get something fixed. They are very consistent with preventive maintenance, are conservative about any extra work and make reasonable recommendations regarding future needs. My 20-year-old Lexus now has 360,000 miles. The Bredemann facility gets much of the credit for keeping it healthy and running strong. I love that I can trust this car in any weather and road conditions.

Mike in the service desk is always so sweet and kind. I went in for an oil change and my car was out in no time. Cleaned and ready to go. Thanks Mike! You always put a smile on my face when I'm there.

Wait time to get your car checked in is a problem during certain times. But waiting for the simple repairs didnt take long. The service writer kept me informed me on the progress. Great group of people.
