I needed a Real Estate matket analysis, tried a few area Realtors and no one returned my calls, Found Apex and gave them a call, I was called back right away and after Irina introduced herself and I explained what I needed we set an appointment that worked for my schedule.
On the day of the appointment she arrived promptly at the agreed time, took a tour of our home taking pictures as needed and said she would pull comps of the area and have a report in a few days.
True to her word two days latter we had a 33 page detailed anslysis of our home, showing our homes value against recent comp sales.

Irina recently helped us sell our home (which she helped us purchase 6yrs ago). We sold it for TWICE as much as we purchased it for in addition to $25K MORE than our asking offer.
